Had very enjoyable meal in bistro area the food good stranded the staff in area helpfull and attentive price less than you would expect considering
WOW! so well appointed and wonderful service from the staff so we have become members. Thank you
Hi.twin towns is a good place to relax.has good entertainment. The only thing that I didn't like is the alcohol pricing
Generally a good club overall. Very disappointing the best room at the top of the club is now closed.
First visit.. The Italian restaurant good, the waitress very good
The show was disappointing and was not worth the cost. Will try again on the entertainment level.
Better luck next time!!
Great staff and great food and it is amazing this place
Excellent venue
Wide selection of food options
Lots of different areas to sit throughout club
Live music
Clean establishment
Clean restrooms
Beautiful location
Views of Jack Evans boat harbor
This is one of the great clubs anywhere to visit. Food is great in every different outlet, staff always fun
Great venue to see any performance. Plenty of parking good food and accommodation. But alcohol was a bit expensive.
We had a Church Conference in this place. Fantastic.
We have also stayed in the Hotel previously and were not disappointed. The Restaurant Area was also good.
We will be back again for sure.
Thank you
A bit commercial, but the food is ok and live entertainment good for the kids. No kids play area which is a big negative for families.
This place is not very good with their customers a friend and I walked in to reception and 2 guys in front of us that were clearly intoxicated were told they couldn't enter then they told my friend and I that we also looked intoxicated and couldn't enter. We had just driven from gold coast to go specifically to twin towns and had no alcohol at all and we tried to explain the staff this and we were then accused of being on drugs. One of the worst experiences I've ever had I highly recommend to not go to twin towns they are rude and treat people like criminals
We had lunch in the bistro again yesterday, after vowing never to return after our last visit. Sad to say, it was just as bad!! My roast dinner reminded me of a frozen meal you get from the supermarket. Packet mashed potato, half cooked vegetables and meat as tough as the soles on my shoes! Hubby had the Cod and it wasn't much better. Sorry Twin Towns, you have lost us until you pick up your game.
Fantastic club,, stay and play! Dance the night away, after a sleep, its down to the Beach, up for a swim? Jump right in! Then time for a feed, gee life's a Breeze,
I have been winning the 50$ to win the price 5$ voucher. And I see those staff are available and not even approaching me even I am in calling the attendant. And as I am moving in the chair to get comfortable in sitting, unfortunately I have pressed the button accidentally so the showed wins have gone, then this staff came in late and I said I have pressed the bottom accidentally then she said I have to show the proof. I said I have pressed the bottom accidentally and I said you took so long to come approach me, and I she said she s with other customer but I saw her just standing around chatting the other staff and talking about her engagement ring blah blah and she is nasty saying it s my option to wait? Hire a better attendant if they can t do they re job properly!
My Parter & I have just moved into the area last week from Sydney. We joined the other day & immediately brought tickets to the Glenn Shorrock & Band show held last night at the Auditiorium. The venue was fantastic and Glenn and the band never missed a beat. I will go back to see them again if you can get them to come back? We also went into the main lounge where a NZ group were playing and he lead singer was amazing. The band had the dancefloor packed whilst performing - They were able to get both the young and old up onto the dancefloor - a real mean feat.
See U next time. Graeme Jones
Nice sports bar with more relaxed dress code is nice, kids love to dance to live music, lots office choices
Great Food at the Orient, very tasty. Decor basic, Lanterns need a clean! The Stage is always lots of fun for a dance.
Love going there. The atmosphere is so nice and you can meet nice people.
Twin Towns have gone down hill over the years, not a place I enjoyed it go to at all , the meals are quite ordinary and somewhat boring very crowded very noisy and a lot of alcohol affected people roaming around all hours of the night. You can never get a table or seat most times to watch anything that may be interesting as far as entertainment is concerned or you stand around a crowded bar area or gaming area. I find there would be better places at the Gold Coast to visit and save your time and don't go there. Not much parking is available and I disagree with them photocopying your driver's licence to enter I believe that is a threat to your security and identification fraud .
Just a hop, step and jump from Mantra Resort makes it a great venue for having good food and a flutter on the Pokies.
Charge top odds for food etc while ripping your guts out in the gaming room. Entertainment nowhere near as good as used to be. Patronage appears down, not surprising.
It's a nice and clean environment totally safe lots of people come here and i never seen any trouble , there are dances every day and plenty eating areas there are of course many poker machines and other types of gambling .come on over it's great .
Had dinner at signatures for brother 50th food fantastic and services great and particular the gentleman who looked after our table nothing was a problem he interacted with us made laugh all night making it a most enjoyable evening thank you
My go to place when I am visiting Coolangatta. Great Pizzas. Good shows. Good mix of Poker Machines.
Food was good. Place was good as well. Love it. But it might be as pricey as Northern Territory.
Had a meal here. Very ordinary. Steak was tough, fish greasy.
Friendly staff had hoped to win more on pokies great music, and shows
Love this place had a great meal at the Orient restaurant and then a wonderful show my waitress at the restaurant was one of the friendliest I have ever come across right from the moment she greeted me
So far I ve seen a couple of shows here, it s a great venue with wonderful performances.
Having a wife with special needs, twin towns club as well as mantra were very accommodating. We had a great night . Thanks to the management and staff . Christopher Cross was excellent. Thank you .
Regularly stay at Mantra Twin Towns resort and always enjoy the time there. Clean rooms friendly staff great views from balcony. Good variety of Entertainment and restaurants to suit everyone at the attached RSL / services club.
Ordered eat in pizza .was given it in a box. .no plates!!!
Went to see Troy Cassar Daley show. Great band afterwards downstairs. Patrons a worry.
Our stay included breakfast! I recommend the Chef's suggestion!
I like the bistro here and it is quick. Good options, reasonable prices and nice clean atmosphere. Highly recommend.
This place is huge. Food spectacular, entertainment every day.
Great services. Easy access to the nearby park. Got some essential shops and a pub, but feel like this area could have more things to offer in the future for visitors.
A very overated club. Certainly will not be returning.
Had Chinese for meals. Very clean and atmosphere is always pleasant.
My meal was pathetic and I should have learnt from experience. Went there with friends and didn't like to say the food is sub standard. That's 3 times that I've been there for dinner. Twice I've had a roast dinner, really disappoiting. The other night I had a $22 steak. Ordered the steak to be medium. It came red raw !! and tough !! Didn't like to complain to staff and ruin the night for the other 6 people I was with. Needless to say, I won't have another experience at Twin Towns club, because I won't visit again !!
Cakes have gone cheap and nasty.. Coffee suddenly dearer hmmm. Heaven forbid if I wanted a cinammon donut after 9pm on a Friday night.. Machine switched off sorry... Pfft
Good food offered by a number of eateries can be a bit pricey but service is efficient and quick.
Something for everyone...great views. The staff are mostly great yet can be hit and miss, but if you ever across Dianne, she is so lovely. She always takes time to make sure you are made to feel special and does whatever she can to know you are a valued customer and person. You will usually find her somewhere in and around the main poker machine area.
Fabulous venue with several choices of where to eat food was fantastic ve
Excellent service very friendly staff who were really really good
Good show, although we saw this last year and Jerry Lewis was included so some people were expecting more. The meal was very disappointing, curried chicken and rice, mine had three pieces of chicken in it each the size of a twenty cent coin only. For $13.95, no way, not again.
