Twin Towns Services Club Review

Large services club with resort. Freshly refurbished, & now flows really well. Lots of different bars & eateries. A very good gaming area. Entertainment is excellent, check with the booking office. Friendly & helpful staff. Cheers

We went to the Chinese restaurant section and the food was terrific.

Very ordinary. Poor service at Yum Cha. Walked out.

Completely disrespectful reception/security, more specifically the older man with the short grey beard at the time (couldn't get his name). My friends and I thought we would have a good night out in twin towns only to be refused entry INTO A SERVICES CLUB. With nobody but our group of 10+ entering at the time this man watched us all walk up together, he happily let all the females of my group in without question but as I walked up to show ID all he said was "I can't let you in". Me thinking it may have been a people limit due to covid, I explained I'm with the group that just entered but happy to wait. My partner then came out asking what was wrong and he only spoke to her that I'm banned for 24 hours because I'm drunk?!? Completely shocked as I was sober, our whole group and our money turned away due to his arrogance.
Now that I think of it we also had a similar experience late last year with a friends birthday where our entire group had to leave because the birthday boy couldn't attend his own birthday dinner reservation, again this was at the start of the night completely sober. Unfortunately this reoccurring disappointment will be enough to cancel my membership and never return. The same goes to all friends and family.

Great food with loads to choose from. Prices vary accordingly and cater for all budgets. Good amount of seating for meals , snacks or just drinks. The entertainment was very enjoyable for listening or dancing.

Can be busy at times but has several food serving areas according to your palate. Ideal if attending a performance in its wonderful theatre. Linked to accommodation

Have been very disappointed in the meals this year from the bistro. Even resorted to the Chinese restaurant last time as we love the club and atmosphere bit the Chinese was a disappointment too. We've had the pizza for supper on occasion and they are great. The cafe servers great coffee, cake, and light meals which is what we might have to do until the bistro contact runs out and a new team moves in. A shame!

Lovely club, but no atmosphere on a Friday night, Covid strikes again!

Staff are very friendly when we were welcomed there by Gary at the visitors desk. The restaurants and eateries offered great menu choices at what I believe to be above reasonable prices.

Not like it used to be, no freebies and you have to spend a fortune to win very little if anything. The poker machines have definitely been set to pay at the lowest rates! This place just keeps getting worse.

Good range of food and lots of entertainment and shows.

Flame has amazing all day breakfast. Will be back just for this.

A very impressive club. State of the art facilities, always something to see and do. Great for entertaining friends and guests.

Twin Towns Services Club is always lovely to visit. Went to see Daniel
O'Donnell and loved the show and like the room show was held in.

We have attended a conference here for a our 600 delegates and this venue is brilliant for us

Nice food, good musical entertainment (catering for the oldies!), great views out the windows, however the meal prices seemed a bit much for an ex-RSL Club.
Still no 'TAP & GO' facilities (ATM card) for drinks etc at the bar or @ the Keno/Lotto area. Also 'cash only!' .. Could do with a mini upgrade to save wasting $$$ in a slow, outdated ATM machine on cash withdrawals.
Lastly, gorgeous Harbourside views in the designated 'outdoor' cigarette area. Niice ;)

Great place to visit & stay. Fabulous meals and good entertainment.

Don't find the staff very friendly unless you are a high roller on the gaming machines, would be nice to receive a smile occasionally

Great leagues club and motel with restaurant and bar

Was so impressed with the club we have booked a motel near by in the new year to go their again. Hoping they have some good deals for dinner menu.

Great place ,just like being Las Vegas, very large venue ,the virus certainly done lot of damage 2 these sort of venue's, can't wait 2 get back here next year for Cooly Rocks On

Lovely facility, and the catering for the event I attended was exceptional.

Ordered seafood curry but sent it back as it was under cooked. Flavours were good. Staff were very good and gave me a new meal. Steak was perfect sauce was good. I would definitely go back.

Went there for lunch on the way back from Byron Bay. Very nice place food on bistro was very good. Friendly staff.

Was here for dinner and then a private function. Plenty of food options for general dinner with heaps of areas to sit with varying views and aspects. Food service was quick and the service to clean up was regular and swift. There was an area with live entertainment that was far enough away we didn't have to shout at the table. Great pla e for a family dinner. The private function. Was also very good. Meals were delivered on schedule, drinks service was timely and accurate and clean up was again swift and tidy. Excellent place for functions.

Best vegetarian pizza I've ever had - and I'm not a vegetarian.

Great dining wonderfull environment to come on weekends to have a yummy meal some drinks play on the pokies and listing to good bands if they play and get a few freashly cooked dohnuts for desert wonderfull friendly stuff to sign up as a member for better meal prices save up points to earn money on your card to spend if you come holidaying oftern or just recently moved to coolangatta

Very accessible, helpful pleasant staff, variety of food venue all in one location. Easy listening music and a good size dance floor.

Great Club over many years. Food and beverage choices galore. Chinese was a great option today. Quality and quantity was very evident. Good pricing too. Need to become a Member in order to see best value. Why not consider joining? We did.

Well everybody knows Twin Towns if you're down that end of the Coast Coolangatta Tweed Heads way you will always end up there at some stage.good entertainment food drink plenty of poker machines if you want to leave some money behind I have always said however they charge too much for their drinks and food for the amount of money they make there nothing much for the members anyhow since they've done it up it's very very nice and a good way to spend an evening or an afternoon cheers Jack Kelly.

Lots of free stuff like Rock n Roll dancing which is well attended. Good vibe here.

Went to meet sister in law for dinner . Had to go to 3 different spots to order different meals and wait for 3 buzzers to go off . Pizza and garlic bread was burnt and the other meals were garbage. I reluctantly went back a few days later to meet my cousin who assured me the sports bar was much better. Got served a warm beer on my first beer, took it back and asked for a cold one and was told Id had enough !!!
Yep id had enough. Not enough beer but enough of the poor service and the terrible food . Bad experience both times. I would never go there again . Big thumbs down from me

Went with other seniors on bus from Redcliffe to Twin Towns today. We had a great variety of lunches to choose from, some saw Jade Hurley and others pokies and we all had a ball.

Large club plenty of bars and restaurants live music entertainment most nights of the week caters mainly to seniors you do feel a bit out of place if you're under 50. Large cocktail bar which looks fantastic but closed at 7.30pm which was disappointing for a Wednesday night. Good place to take Mum and Dad they will fit right in.

Waited 50 minutes for meals that came out cold. And one pizza that got forgotten about

Thanks to Twin Towns for putting on a safe and fun venue for New Years Eve, suitable for the whole family and no even a cover charge. Great bands on the first floor and could dance the night away
