The poker room is just about the worst I've ever visited. Its cramped, the floor staff are horrific, the dealers are so bad (a few exceptions), food options are bad, comps are next to nothing, the only good thing about it is that the games are very soft and beatable. I wish the games sucked as bad as the staff do so I could never return but sadly the games are so much better then Foxwoods and Mohegan that I will be back.

I find there's been a huge turn over of new staff and rules! Not for the positive. So many changes like taking away the self serve beverages ( so now I have to stay put in my seat bc I'm going to request no ice in my 8 oz 1/2 iced drink More

If you wanna spend a couple bucks its ok. I feel it doesn't really embrace the true Casino feel. The staff is friendly and willing to help which does make it nice. Otherwise in my honest opinion take the drive to one of the other big name casinos.

I forgot I went here! I do remember the place and had a really fun time! Seems really new! Average number of table games but huge selection of electronic/reel machines. Went to in house restraunt for an ice cream soda and a snack and thought it was quite good for price point.

Nice place. The hotel is so cute! Went here you see a concert (Gretchen Wilson). It's an intimate setting, which is always good to see a table favorite dinner or band. However, if you're looking to do anything other than sit and watch, ya might want to try another venue. People were escorted out for dancing 2 steps away from their chairs.

Whoever designed the place thought it was a good idea to put the non-smoking upstairs, cause smoke goes....? right.
Minus the typical mutts casinos usually attract, the place is ok. Equidistant for me to go to Foxwood/Mohegan or here so I prefer to go to the others as they're more destination casinos compared to Twin River and offer much more as far as entertainment.

Had a fun few hours at the slot machines. Facilities were clean, and complimentary soda and water were available. We only played upstairs in the non-smoking area, but unfortunately had to walk thru the smoking area to get there. Overall a good first casino experience for my 19 year old.

On January 20, 2020 (Martin Luther King Day), a Twin River slot-machine technician stole our cash voucher after the payout function had malfunctioned. The legal wheels are now in motion about that, but just wanted to share that fact here.

Horrible absolutely awful. I don't know where to begin. Valet is away from the Hotel entrance. So you have to walk with your luggage through the casino. Then the rooms are not sound proof. I didn't sleep due to someone walking above me all night. I played roulette and had the lady dealer laugh when I lost money!! After complaining the manager said I didn't bet enough for him to comp me a room although he never asked me what I bet and never offered me anything. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A bad experience is one thing but to be treated poorly is another thing.

I actually went for the first time today. I wasn't disappointed. It's. NOT foxwoods, but it was GREAT. I played the slots and hit. I looked around and I was REALLY pleased!!!!! Beats the long drive. We went at 7 am spent 2 hours there. We both played and won a good little amount. I lost NOTHING. Go for the penny slots I hit for 70.00 in 4 spins. Great PRICES From doughnuts to resturants. Go and enjoy yourself. People wanna hit big but it's just as nice to win twice for less

Good deals through players club, payout rates on digital machines are substantially better than most casinos near nyc where I usually go, table games are a plus, limits are higher on weekends though. Went here several times, won some lost some all times, payouts seem fair enough

I used to go at least once maybe more times a week and it used to be fun. Now the new machines look pretty but don't give any payouts. I suggest going to gamble elsewhere if you would like to win at all... Or at least get to play a little longer before the machine sucks up your paycheck. Rude staff in VIP lounge who roll their eyes just at you asking for water after you've already ordered a mixed drink... And lastly the only late night food I noticed was Dunkin... Wishing there was more

Meh! Thought it would be a lot nicer and kept up better. Went on a Monday and the only dine in restaurant open was the burger place and it wasn't that nice and it wasn't very tasty. We expected a lot more for the amount of money people drop in a place like that...we won't be going back.

Always a great time! Clean, organized, helpful & friendly from the valet to the dealers. I have always had pleasant experiences in over a dozen trips in the past year & a half. The crowd has been friendly & polite, Management has handled the very few minor situations I have seen, mainly people new to a table game, With class! Never making anyone feel embarrassed or out of place. Let's face it; At least I had to learn somehow, somewhere. It wasn't here & the pit bosses weren't anywhere near as reasonable as the Staff at Twin River. Smart buisines, As well as people treating people how they would want to be! It's also a uniquely universal atmosphere as it can be a Jean's & sneakers night or take the Mrs. & her little black dress for an enjoyable evening or weekend! Over all, from someone who has spent a good amount of time, not a ton of money, It's entertainment for me & If it's not enjoyable, I don't find it very entertaining. I don't have a bad thing to say & It's worth mentioning again the class of which all employees treat everyone they interact with that I find impressive, as well as genuinely respectable! Something not found everywhere & seemingly less & less as the years go by! Twin River takes a different approach & clearly puts tremendous effort into succesfully treating everyone they interact with in a courteous, friendly, sincere, polite, respectful manner & they all carry themselves with a noticeably high level of class! Perhaps that's why I haven't ever encountered a "bad" element while there. I feel when the tone is set by the house, that unwanted element perhaps feel's "classed" out & just goes elsewhere, Which is fine by me! I go out to enjoy myself; Not to cause problems or have any caused for myself! If your intimidated by tables as I was years ago when learning, This is the ideal casino to find a quiet table on an off peak time/day. I'm fairly certain if you told the dealer you where learning they would gladly explain as much as they are permitted to. There are rules and policies & make no mistake; Twin River will do what is necessary for the safety & well being of all, they aren't push overs by any means! If your new, in my experience they are very reasonable & go above & beyond so you enjoy your time spent there. Most Casino's really don't care & just want your money. Not all, a lot. Twin River seem's more focused on the overall enjoyment of your experience start to finish & everyone you generally see working takes a personal interest in you enjoying your time! Not something I can say for very many Casino's! - just my experiences.

No stars for valet got here at 145pm now its 225pm still waiting in line for valet. This place sucks, you sit forever to park and they dont even pay out inside. I dont know why I even bothered came for a nice lunch by the time I get in its going to be dinner. Should have self parked but saw line was short now I know short line must mean an hour. Still sitting I can walk in but no valet ticket.

My friends from out of state rented a room with two beds and it was so tiny..nothing like other casino hotel rooms. Small closet where I. Room fridge and safe took up entire bottom half of the closet so items like a dress would not hang freely. The lobby and pool area were very nice and spacious, but the room..not st all. They were very disappointed as was I.
