I tried many different sends from Home Depot without success. Twin City Seed helped me pick the correct seed and within 7 days I had all my grass back in action. Very tight place to get into. You have to pull into small parking lot and through and around building to other side to line up with loading dock which is angled and faces out to street. Only issue is neighbor further down building has huge garbage bin that sticks out into drive lane. You need to back around garbage bin and into the dock.
Otherwise it's prompt service by good people. Got unloaded in a timely fashion.
