Twilight Haven is a home for the elderly. That thought brings sad thoughts. Here they protect your family, they love your loved ones. If my father could handle a social situation this is where he would live out his last few months. He would be safe, CARED for and loved.
This place if filled with inept carers, careless nurses and cruel hearted people. The food makes people sick, and the cruelty makes "residents" miserable. Please don't put a loved one here.
Where do I start ,smoke alarms go off in the middle of the night for no reason ,no fire no nothing , you have eldery here that pay almost 1000.00 a month, the stove don't work properly ,the water leak they had pulled the glue from the tile floors to the top ,refused to change so much more on top of ugly staff that don't know what to do SMH. This place needs to be reported to the state and the State needs to talk to these residents here in the apts this is horrible how they live ,they raise the rent 100.00 and raised it again 100.00 these people on fixed income twighTwighis gouging theses seniors ,they go hungry ,I know of one that past away here ,she just moved in not here two months and raised her rent she couldn't pay and feed herself , very cold and don't give a dam about these seniors ,someone should file lawsuit against them
I am sitting in the ER at Kaiser and there is a lady that cane in from this nursing home with food in her mouth and a fever of over 100. It leads me to believe that they are not very observant with there guests. I would never send my father or mother to any of these places. My father is 92 almost 93 and he lives with me I would never leave him with food in his mouth and sick. That is just not cool at all.
My father was staying here for about 3 days and he had to go back into the emergency because he was faced down on the table passed out when I walked into twilight haven !! And not one nurse cared. They weren't even paying attention. Supposedly they forgot to give him his medication ! Very bad place. Unprofessional and dirty. Lucky my dad is home and safe.
Thank God for people standing up for others , I'm looking for a place for my uncle and after this reviews I will not consider this place for him or any one that I know thank you Google for this type of information for the public.
Fantastic place to live! All the comforts of home. The service from the staff is fantastic! I love the safety and the lights at night. I do two miles walking on the campus daily. It s a very safe place to walk. I have great neighbors and we have become good friends.
The place is run down and smells of urine. The staff Is lazy and Inconsiderate they do not treat patients nice or families who come there. Don't put your loved one here.
If I could give no stars I would. This place is very dirty I worked there about 3 weeks and saw so many roaches inside many rooms. Some patients said there always on wall curtains and floors. They reported it and nothing got down. I put request for bugs but still nothing. Dsd and adon play the part like they care. I received notice because I striped beds and cleaned beds myself. I was told thats why we have house kerpers. The rooms and beds smell like urine. They also believe that since there are care plans for residents that fight kick call names because they don't want to get out of beds that they have to be forced to get out of beds. PLEASE DON'T PUT YOUR FAMILY IN THIS PLACE. THEY SUCK
Horrible place would not recommend working at twilight haven or putting your loved ones there. people get away with stuff all the time ..the caregivers eat off of the residents trays..there's always roaches. And there money hungry your better off somewhere else!
