The Gate hospitality was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Service was second to none and they couldn't do enough for you. The food was absoluely divine- particularly the 500g steak and after match pies. Would live there if I could

Nice Marriott within the Twickenham Stadium. Can be reached easily from the main train station about 10 minutes walk or quicker on the bus. Bus 281 opposite train station drops you very close to the hotel.

I have been here a few times to watch rugby. I love it more and more every time! The atmosphere, the people working here and the brilliant organisation! Couldn t ask for a better run or smoother day out. Layout is great, toilets always available. There are good vendors and drinks for all. Lots of merchandise for teams you are going to watch. To make the most of your day get off at Richmond station and have a few drinks there, then amble your way to the stadium. It is about a 30 minute walk. Very nice walk though with lots of pubs along the way! A great day out!

I like this stadium. Can get a beer when you want one we were there for Rugby 7's tournament, great atmosphere with a typical up for it rugby crowd. Food available varied, not rip off expensive but maybe a bit pricier than you'd want but is better than you'd expect at a sports venue. Shows the difference between rugby and football.

Good stadium with good facilities - card payment only once inside.

The number of people and the scale of the place was a bit overwhelming for our primary age children, but I would still recommend for a family day out - (get seats near the end of a row so that you don't have to ask everyone to stand up mid match when the little ones need the loo!).

Local traffic is horrendous on match days, so be prepared for it to take a while to get in and out.

The entrance was processed well into the grounds and the staff are helpful and polite however the systems for entering the standing areas and crowd control on during concert events needs more planning

Brill venue. Don't like the idea of reusing the glasses as it's unhygenic. Refilling people's dirty glasses surely is not the best idea that this venue has ever had? Watch it to believe it!

Visited here for a U2 concert and was very impressed with the set up. Wonderful bowl arena which I would imagine creates an amazing atmosphere when used for its normal purpose. Works just as well for concerts too though. Little bit More

I'm always slightly underwhelmed by the home of English rugby. Aside from watching some amazing rugby, it is a sizeable amount of money to sit in a tiny plastic chair. It's probably no worse than any other stadium, but it does take a bit off the occasion.

Great place to watch a game of rugby. The food and drinks are very pricey.
But if you go to the local Tesco you can grab food and drink. After the event you can go into Twickenham. If you want curry you need to book well in advance.
Transportation to the ground is good and there are plenty of places to eat as well as toilets.
Be warned there are loads of people keep an eye out for pickpockets!!

Great stadium overall. Had a great experience here. The ground was kept really tidy and the stands were all clean. Only issue was the drinks were not the best quality and they were still overpriced. This is as expected but would be a nice improvement. Would go and watch another game there again. Good amount of security also so felt very safe but this didn't cause queue lines to be huge and there wasn't much waiting time.

Excellent service.

Excellent service.
We pre bought tickets for the six nations for our anniversary but I had to have an operation just before the game which meant I was on crutches.
I contacted the venue to tell them and they exchanged our tickets for more accessible ones without any hassle (view was amazing).
When arriving at the venue the staff were super friendly and helpful and allowed us to not queue at the bar to prevent me being knocked by the crowds and each time I moved to or from my seat ensured people gave me sufficient space/ assistance. Brilliant experience all round.
