That staff cannot park at all. They regularly place their cars in 2 places. Maybe a refresher course parking?

Impossible to schedule a 22 week injection! Even had 16 days on which I could come by and the injection could not be scheduled on one day. In other words, one only takes one day off.

Home care with attention. !! Well, forget that attention. At the first telephone contact you will have to deal with a lady who is short and has a very unpleasant conversation. She cannot answer a question about home care to be delivered. I am called back for that, she says. This is the 3rd time I get this answer. I will not be called back. In the meantime, I am still without home care, and that while I definitely need it because of chemotherapy and radiation. My confidence in "home care with attention" has dropped to around zero.

I am not so much cared for by the ladies of home care.
However, I was sitting in a restaurant behind them and I heard how they were discussing their clients wholeheartedly.

Are always on time and friendly. Also very flexible with shifting appointments. Must add that they only come to disconnect chemo from me, which does not take long. Furthermore, there is always a good listen to your story and people often know how you went last time even though they have not seen you for a while. Maybe read in advance, but is friendly anyway.
