I always have good experiences with this family owned shop. I enjoy their helpfulness and value of service. Today, at 3:00 my vacuum belt broke. They had just closed when I called but he said he would be there, waiting for me...and he did...Now back to the cleaning...Great shop. Shop local!

We used Smith Vaccums to repair our dyson we bought about 4 years ago. They said they would call if it was going to be over $50, they ended up calling and said it would be $110. When we went to pick it up they only charged us $77, they explained that the filter was in really good shape and they felt like we didn't need to replace it. I would definitely use them again! Very honest company.

They diagnosed the issue in the in a timely manner and called prior to completing any work. Although the fate of my vacuum was not ideal, the staff were very helpful in explaining our options.

After vacuuming up both hair from our 65# dog and some pieces of rug that he tore up our Sears Progressive vac brush roller wouldn't spin even though we carefully cleaned the roller. We went to Smith Vacuums. Within 10 minutes they had it running fine. Apparently there is a belt reset button that can be pressed and it restarts. We have had other vacuums serviced there before but this time they said no charge. It was nice to have good experience in the middle of this pandemic.

Smith Vacuums replaced the motor in my whole house vacuum system. Thanks to them, I didn't have to buy a new unit which saved me a lot of money. They're a family run business and have great customer service. My experience with them was fantastic. Definitely 5 stars!
