Are not interested in providing internet and DSTV services. I sent an email and after 2 weeks without any answer, I called them. They asked me to go to the headquarters where I waited an hour just to let them know that there is no modem available. Information they might as well have given over the phone.

The worst service I have ever known ... The worst quality of service, the worst technical support / customer support that exists. A company that should be ashamed to exist in this and any market.

Your owners, owners, shareholders, administrators, directors, managers and others should be ashamed of you being the owners, shareholders and workers of this company.

Shameful indeed.
