Company is very unprofessional, small town politics. Not what you know ,it's who you know. Education wise scale of 1 to 10 I give Tatco Human resources a 1, Kindergarten has a better understanding then moron in HR department.
Period management afraid that someone is after there job and honestly Tatco doesn't pay enough for anyone want there poor payed salaries for there for upper Management. Seriously 45 to 80 year is a joke if they pay that much.
Tatco could be a fantastic opportunity and place to work if and only if Smith Group came in and clean house and hire professionals . As they say it is Cookeville Tennessee.

Very nice people.

The only problem there is they don't like you going to the restroom between breaks. So if you have bladder problems forget about working there.

Great customer. Superb Quality Department. Clean and organized with an employee minded facility.
