For the sake of their privacy, I won't specify the names of the nurses and assistants who took care of us for the six days we were recovering; but they were all amazing. We were treated better than family, the compassion and kindness shown were way beyond what can be expected these days. Tulsa Spine and Specialty Hospital gets 5 stars because that's all I am allowed to give.
The dr mangles and nurse are very professional very good bed side manner the food is very good steaks baked potatoes and tiramisu did not have to share room with anyone they are top 100 in nation 5 stars to all of the drs and nurses just want to say thank you all for the quality of life youall have given me back
Almost perfect, the staff are great with kids. I took my 7 year old and they made him feel welcomed and they made an awkward procedure seem fun, and they has so much patience with him. The only real negative bit is the pullout for the parent to sleep on has to be the absolutely worst "bed" I've tried to sleep on. But my son has asked when he gets to go back and see his nee friends (the staff)
Had a simple out-patient procedure done here. Staff is very friendly and truly care about what they do. Clean facility and on-schedule! I arrived at 8, my surgery took place at 10 as scheduled and I was out by 11:30. They also do a great job with family members and keeping them updated on status. They were easy to work with in accounting as our insurance didn t cover the procedure so we paid out of pocket.
The facility was extremely clean and well appointed. The room was comfortable and conducive to sleep. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, and ready to answer my questions. It was very quiet, no noise to cause disruptions. The process was as comfortable as could be for a sleep study.
The environment was a calming effect. I actually got a good night's sleep despite all the wires attached. The gentleman that hooked me up to all those wires was a delight to get to know.
Tulsa Spine and Specialty has the best patient service I have experienced. My daughter just had surgery, and they were efficient and compassionate. The staff did an amazing job going above and beyond to help my daughter feel comfortable, and went above and beyond. They had positive attitudes and made surgery a great experience for her. Thank you all and kiddos to the hospital administrators for hiring excellent people and empowering them to serve well.
My husband was discharged today from your facility. This was the best experience we have had from any hospital. All the staff were phenomenal. Becky, Kimmie and Karen were his nurses and they all gave outstanding care. The techs were amazing too. I will recommend your hospital to everyone. Thanks again for taking great care of my husband!!
I was one of their fist surgery's. At tulsa spine & they are still fixing me back up. When needed. They have been great to me, & for me. I cant thank them enough. God bless. See you Aug 18. I had to have Emergency Surgery and was transferred from St Johns to Tulsa Spine and Specialty Hospital..I have Never had such Wonderful Care in My Entire Life..The Nurses and Nursing Staff are the most considerate people.. I havem EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO MEET.. I was in severe pain and not only did they get my drugs on time but would stay with me until drugs went into affect..IT was so. Cean it was unreal..everyone tre me like famil.y
