Tuscawilla Family Practice Review

I hate that I have to give this facility even one star. I will NEVER subject myself or my family to the office staff at Tuskawilla Family Practice ever again. I don t go to a medical practice to be treated like trash because the receptionist/office staff are having a bad day or don t like their jobs. I wish these people could have jobs even more menial than what they re given, maybe that would make them happy. I don t have anything to say about the doctor s visit itself . It s over shadowed by the attitude of the staff. I m disgusted.

Well still in room waiting over 45 mins still no doc this place is going down the tubes ever since John ley, has left may be time to find new practice been coming here since I'm 13 now 44 ... sad face

Depending on your reasoning for your visits to this practice, you may have different views. Myself, I will never give another penny to this place.

Always a pleasure to work with. Friendly staff and Dr. Wolf is such a great physician she is personable and makes you feel comfortable.

Bottom Line: go somewhere else if you want quality, personal service.

Went here for some muscle pain I had been having in my chest and shoulder. They did not seem interested in me at all, and pushed me through quickly, telling me not to worry without seeming to listen to me. Finally after my own persistence, I was referred to an orthopedic doctor (who diagnosed me properly).
A month later, we get a bill for the visit, saying that it wasn't covered by our insurance. We come to find out that Dr. Cochran hadn't even written about the shoulder and chest pain I was referred out for (though the referral was in the notes...), and we had been billed for a routine physical (my second of the year, hence it was not covered). Because of his poor notes and lack of paying attention to me, I am stuck with a $300 bill.

Lindsay Repass-Wolf is amazing!!! She is always so sweet. Lindsay makes me so comfortable during my vist's. I moved but i will always go to Lindsay because of her kind soul. I wish all doctor's were this good. Definitely blessed to have found Lindsay

I have been going to this office for 6 years and I feel like family when I walk in, the staff is always friendly and whenever I call with an emergency they always get me in there as soon as possible! Lindsey is awesome! she is the sweetest person I have met in a long time and my husband and kids really like her she makes them feel like she is their best friend, they feel like they can tell her anything without judgement.
I will be moving out of state and I wish I could take them with me.

The doctor I want to see, I apparently can't due to the type of prescription I'm on, unfortunately the doctor I have to see is consistently late to every single appointment by over half an hour with no apology or recognition of being late. Meanwhile, if I was late more than 30 minutes they would reschedule and charge me for the appointment.

This had been my primary care doctor's office since I was16, now 44 years old and sadly I need to move on. Waiting an average of an hour to be seen consistently, then getting less than 10 rushed minutes with the doctor, with no apologies for my wasted time. Along with referreals not being entered correctly and me having to call again and again over the course of months to get things situated. Then this last visit with no apologies asked to go get more blood work since one needed test was forgotten to be order and another referal botched will be the last time I trust my care in this practices hands. I loved this practice, my family has grown up with this practice, but something has changed.

Dr Cochran is awesome and very smart but the office staff isn't. Don't recommend unless you are okay with incompetence.

I love Lindsey Wolf the PA. She has the best bed side manner. I was really getting anxious about a change coming and she prayed with me. Made me feel so much better. She is the absolute best whenever I see her.

Lindsey Repass-Wolf is such a sweetheart. She could tell I was very anxious during my visit and she made me feel so much better. She explained everything to me thoroughly, in words I could understand. She is such a kind soul and would highly recommend seeing her during your visit.

Nice Practice, very professional staff. I had a 7:30 appt, that was honored. Unlike previous providers my blood was drawn there, and sent to the lab, as opposed to having to go to a separate entity.

Great doctors. Hey Florida Hospital is 2014 what's with the piles of paperwork? Time to go digital.

I have been a patient here since 2011, I would always see the PA ley,. I have never had any complaints about him or the office.
Up until today, I needed a script changed to a tablet form instead of the capsule based on insurance coverage. (The original script was from the health department, since I needed other immunization based on cdc recommendations. I had been seen there)
However, since ley wasn't in the office today his partner dr cochrane refused to change the script. I am leaving the country and really needed to start taking the medication prior to departure. There really wasn't any reason why the dr couldn't have done this for me as a patient in their facility. That is extreme poor customer service.. Now I have to go back to the health department which is the next town over and get this fixed.. I just think this dr really lacked empathy at this point, it takes two minutes to verify with the cdc and write a script.. He didn't even bother opening up the chart to see I had just seen ley two weeks prior for another immunization. I don't get it..

office staff and doctors dont communicate with each other AT ALL!!

I have had nothing but great expireinces so far. Dr. De Aza is great.

No one likes going to the doctor but I, and my family, have been going here for over 20 years. We have always been treated well.

Worst place I've been to staff don't care for the people making me waiste my time. I rather spend my money somewhere else.

Fantastic, I have never a Doctor like
Dr, Jason Guevara. Always listens to your health problems and Does Everything he can to help with your problems.
I am 76 and have had many Doctors and with out a doubt Dr. Jason Guevara is the BEST!!!

The worst thing about this place is the office staff. They aren't knowledgeable about anything. They are always calling in, understaffed and can't even answer the phone the majority of the time. The PA-C there is awesome, which is why I continue going, but they really need to up their office and billing. They don't know what's going on and even what to print out when you are leaving. They don't know how to put a credit on your account when you pay cash and they don't have change.

Lindsay Repass-Wolf is the MOST kind, genuinely caring and thorough NP in the world! Hands down!! If you re looking for a compassionate, truly professional care giver, she is for you! I ve been seeing Lindsay since 2000. She consistently provides myself and grown kids excellent care!!! Her nurse, Denira is as well, a wonderful, professional and caring woman! The office staff is friendly and accommodating. I recommend this office to everyone!

This used to be my doctor s office last year, but I will never allow myself to be treated like this again. The doctors have too many appointments so they only end up talking to you for like 2-3 minutes, so there s no point in seeing a doctor at all. Also, the receptionist wow. She was so mean and rude, I was completed overwhelmed. I felt bad because of the receptionist, and then I felt run over after speaking with a doctor for all of three minutes (after waiting for 20 minutes in the waiting room and another half hour in the exam room.) For a quick, personal visit, go down the street to Walgreens, they have a really nice clinic with a very capable and sweet nurse practitioner.

Lindsay (PA) is amazing. The receptionists are always fantastic. Love this place.
