Bottom Line: go somewhere else if you want quality, personal service.

Went here for some muscle pain I had been having in my chest and shoulder. They did not seem interested in me at all, and pushed me through quickly, telling me not to worry without seeming to listen to me. Finally after my own persistence, I was referred to an orthopedic doctor (who diagnosed me properly).
A month later, we get a bill for the visit, saying that it wasn't covered by our insurance. We come to find out that Dr. Cochran hadn't even written about the shoulder and chest pain I was referred out for (though the referral was in the notes...), and we had been billed for a routine physical (my second of the year, hence it was not covered). Because of his poor notes and lack of paying attention to me, I am stuck with a $300 bill.
