Good selection of brands, nice and easy layout in the store.

Good Sokos, good products available. found in a grocery store on the ground floor plus.

The basic good Sokos right on the edge of the market.

It's been a while. Expensive downtown restaurant bar. Due to the market pit, customer loss and a confusing environment.

Quality products and service. Especially clothing and cosmetics.

Basic Sokos. Great food, but good safka and at least we have a nice, slightly older waiter.

A wealthy human shopping paradise. Well accessible by car. Good service and wide selection.

A reasonably versatile department store, maybe more for women. A familiar meeting place

There is not always a need for words, if something so easy to get to the toilet, even if the card is drawn correctly and slowly, can not get ???

Under the same roof quality stuff for all your needs. Now there is also a toilet on the ground floor. Good cafe and restaurant separately

Good place to buy cosmetics, perfumes etc. Sellers know how to help and good customer service.

One of Turku's icons has suffered from high inflation. With a quick walk, the house seems to focus on surface fashion. The forthcoming renovation gives indications that non-fashion will be abandoned. Unfortunately, the same trend is going elsewhere in Finland. The only plus comes from good staff and service ability.

I bought a gift card for my son for Christmas. When he tried to use it, it didn't work. The amount was charged to the wrong card by the seller. Today, I applied for compensation for the bad mood and embarrassment. Received 2 5 tickets for Coffee Haus. They considered the injustice we suffered to be so small, after all, they were a pain! Secondly, I have been there once for coffee and I got a pretty dry bun. At least I'm not going to buy a gift card anymore!

There's a decent selection of things, nothing to write home about as far as SOKOS standards go. Stockmann does better with variety these days and considering SOKOS is the 2nd biggest dept.store downtown at the moment, that's hardly a compliment.

Customer service varies from so-so to abysmal. Cashiers in particular act as though they're fed up with life.

Current renovations have done little to improve the floor layout, especially around the main floor. I'm half expecting "navigating through women's clothing and fellow customers to get to the bathroom before peeing yourself" to become a seasonal event.

Beyond that, the pharmacy, flower shop "Vivahde" on the main floor, and the grocery store, "Herkku," downstairs are the highlights of this hot mess. Incidentally, they all feature better customer service and more organised layouts.

If I could, I'd give it a solid "Meh" and a 2.5.

Tomorrow's price tags already featured today, the sellers only regretted that some customer turned it back. It was a shamppoo thing.

Not my personal number one spot for shopping, but in terms of getting coffee or a snack this place has some lovely sitting options to choose from and good views to see if one takes the elevator all the way up.

Friendly service, wide selection, wine & deli is really cozy but upstairs restaurant stale and antiquated

We stayed there in Wiklund, got downstairs to have coffee. Nice place, only in the beginning caused confusion, where the hotel, where the department store?

This place is mad overpriced, yo. You don't even have decent boot socks? What gives?

Service good, renovation around not nice. Time to tour from the parking garage to the room. Shower good, for once, no water came to the floor. Little landing space, and no heated towel rail in the bathroom. In the restaurant we got excellent service, one more star.
