Turf Valley Resort Conference Center & Day Spa Review

Turf valley is a nice "moderate" level resort. Friendly service, building is well maintained but had a very 90's look to it.

Nice view, nice pool, cool ballroom and the food is pretty good

It was great, I got an Angus burger and it tasted great but there were so many sauses on it which was a bit problematic because I was in my suit for prom but the food was great

Everyone at the resort was very helpful. Rooms were clean and large. Can't complain.

Very beautiful hotel. Went to a wedding there and stayed overnight. The food was very good.

Love the food AND service. Order to go online, but outside seating is a MUST if you have the time.

I was recently here for a work event and had a great time. The hotel was nice. The food and service were very good. The room was a little out dated, but otherwise very nice.

Very nice spacious rooms. Updated bathrooms. Great staff made the stay enjoyable.

Our company had a territory meeting today. Turf Valley Resort is a great place for such an event. Quality facilities, excellent staff to meet the needs of the conference organizers, terrific food, plenty of parking. Overall, an excellent place for meetings.

What resort does not have their indoor pool available especially when it's 100 degrees outside. The outdoor pool closed 9 pm when it was cooler outside. Also the front desk lady Gissel was very unfriendly no mater what time of day it was. I've never had this issue with the Williamsburg resort in VA which is fabulous. I give 2 Stars bc the hotel food was very good.

Had a company holiday party in the conference center. Staff was polite and the service was excellent.

Food was great. Beds were comfortable. Room was very minimally stocked.

Had an amazing experience for my wedding at turf valley. The outdoor reception was beautiful. Latisha was absolutely amazing in assisting us during the wedding. According to my sales planner Carol we were told that we would be in charge of arranging the weddding itself on our own. I am very grateful Latisha was there. As someone in sales I think the sales team could use some work. We told them it would be outside and were not told that a microphone would not be provided. It would have been helpful to be told that in advanced. Unfortunately no one could hear our vows. As for the reception the staff was outstanding. The bar tenders were super friendly and accommodating and the room was beautiful. I would reccomend turf valley resort again I just would suggest some additional training for sales staff.

Went for a site visit, looking forward to a great event here in 2019.

Had an amazing day at the spa followed by an amazing dinner at Alexandra. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be back

The absolutely the best when it comes to the spa, working with the staff on a bridal shower, and their Resturant Alexandra s, especially on holiday brunches!

I used the spa at Turf Valley. My massage was great and the amenities were nice. The people were considerate and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The resort is very large and clean. The employees were very friendly.

My family has gone to the Christmas brunch for the last 10 years, and it has become a tradition. The live music is wonderful, santa is always jolly, and the food is fantastic.

Front Desk was friendly and super helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beautiful property. Worked great for the business conference I attended there.

Great place to stay if you're looking for quiet and cozy lodging. Beautiful scenery outside the room looking over a fountain and golf course. Friendly staff.

Parking was easy to find. The available amenities were okay. The restaurant was too pricey for the food you received.

Food was mediocre, hotel needs updating, service was decent. Wouldn't recommend if you're used to staying in 3 1/2+ star resorts.

Really dope spot. Aesthetically pleasing in it's unassuming, down to earth posture, yet gives way to breathtaking views when one least anticipates.

We stayed overnight for a birthday. We opted for the hospitality suite which is HUGE! We absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and staff was beyond incredible.

Course is in great shape. Greens are rolling and wind is blowing. Professional and personable staff.

Love this beautiful resort! I attended my Sandal's Certification Specialist course at this resort in August 2018. There are a lot of weddings held there and a great golf course!

Beautiful resort. Pristine golf course. Really friendly and helpful staff. Wedding reception venue was perfect.

Went to Alexandra's for brunch. The food was good. The service could have been a little better. Getting drinks refilled took to long.

Turf Valley was a pleasant supprise. I was able to see the facilities and see staff in action. Looking forward to returning.

We stayed for a wedding and that was the best part of the visit, that the reception was in the hotel. The service was not very friendly, the room felt old and we were placed in a handicap room with an oddly shaped shower and no balcony. Would not recommend it.
