Poor service. I asked for connecting rooms and had to wait quite long time for them to find the keys. Breakfast choices was boring and tasted awful, i've never taste sausages as bad as theirs. For bathroom, the water too hot, and brownish. Only the day after then the water turned normal

Waiting for check in, the central air conditioner is in a smoking room, quite spacious and clean ... there is the bathtub, and the toileteries, come when breaking the check-in and there is no offer of fast-breaking drinks ... so for the strange 4-star hotel class ...

Had sneaked and happened to use grand max. There is a security guard who is restless. The parking ordered to be moved ... so get emotional first.

Old hotel, need huge renovation. However, the room is spacious. We booked connecting room, one room had leakage at the bathroom ceiling, not sure whether its clean water or dirty water. Breakfast selections varies but not so delicious. Staffs are nice and friendly.

Old property, out to date, very slow service. I found garbage from previous guest in the room. Will not go back definitely, no worth with price and star the had.

Hotel near shopping center (Tunjungan Plaza). The Hotel is clean, service good, and the price not too expensive (i recommend to booking before the day you stay overnight ) much cheaper. Spacious rooms, full facilites and the breakfast menu is plentiful and tasty.

Very old hotel with worn out facility. Room does not equip with hair dryer. Gym is in miserable condition with aircon not functioning well and equipment out-of-order.
