We had our garden laid out about 8 years ago after design and advice from Johan. A roof was also placed here, we discovered that the cover was torn in different places. I have sent a mail + photo, and to our surprise we received a message that it is under warranty and is being replaced, that has since been done. We are very satisfied.

In the showroom enormously helpful and really thinking along. Super communication from the office when it turned out that deliveries could be made earlier and the engineers also worked well and professionally. In the meantime more has been ordered and Tuinbeurs recommends everyone!

Not expensive and nicely stored the tiles and wide choice

We had to wait three quarters of an hour before we were helped and then we were presented with a quotation at a killing pace without consultation about what exactly we wanted and also without even giving any explanation about the material. What was mainly told was how we could pay on delivery and when we were attached to the order. Not a good feeling when I left 'quickly'. As far as we are concerned, a little customer friendliness and attention to the customer's wishes is desirable.

Partly covered showroom with canopies, log cabins, carport, decorative paving, etc. The offer continues to vary and that is fun. Prices are very competitive. We were helped quickly and clearly during the quotation process. During our visit, part of the warehouse was closed for the construction of new showroom canopies and log cabins. Well worth a visit.

Sorry to say but an absurdly bad experience, never again for us!

With this I want to warn everyone not to buy anything at this company! They can sell as the best, but then ... With the delivery, the misery starts and continues until the end of the project. Everything that could go wrong went wrong with us. such as: insulation not installed in walls as agreed. boards not placed vertically but horizontally. roof covering 3 x laid and not yet properly ... (leakage) in the end we had to get another company to repair all the damage. Don't be seduced by the beautiful exterior and the professional sales pitch .. appearances are deceiving!

Nice thing, there are many examples of roofs, log cabins, etc. We were very kindly approached immediately upon entering. Admit it, we were there at a quiet moment in Sinterklaas time, but it does do well if you are immediately asked for your wishes. Then we looked for ourselves for a while and when we figured out what we wanted, we received a professional quote. The only downside we found was that the prices that are everywhere are barren prices, purely for the wood that was used, we were a bit shocked by everything that is added. They should state that more clearly.

Have ordered online via block outlet, delivery was via garden fair with own transport. Upon agreement. After installation, it turned out that a little too little was delivered (fascia board and cover lath) and action was taken immediately. It would be delivered via DHL at the end of the week. Unfortunately, they did not cooperate and thanks to planners from Tuinbeurs it all turned out well. That is thinking along with the customer. Room service.
