I probably had the two best HVAC installers in the county! The attention to detail shown by Chris and Russ exceeded my expectations. All facets if their workmanship was top notch; none of the details of the furnace and A/C installation were overlooked. These guys were also very courteous and professional. Also, a shout out to Robert who got back to me on Monday night in a timely manner and talked me through an issue with my condensation pump then came out early on Tuesday to replace it. Again, very professional and courteous. You guys rock!

The installers were prompt and very accommodating. WE had a few minor issues that needed to be resolved onsite, and solutions were found.

This is an OLD house, nd a historic landmark. Efforts to preserve the appearance were necessary, and those efforts were quite acceptable.

The air conditioning season is essentially over at this point, so I can't remark on how well the installed system meets our needs, but some brief testing suggests that those expectations will be met.

Very professional, neat organized and efficient. Purchased the HVAC unit through the Costco program which gives you a rebate on the purchase price. I would recommend Tudi.

Mike and Angelo did a great job on installing my new AC and Furnace. They were fast and efficient and they knew the products that they were working with. They rerouted some of the exhaust and intake piping and it turned out to be a very neat and tidy installation. They cleaned up when they left.
Mike and Angelo were very professional and friendly. I have had Tudi as my heating and AC company since 2002 and I have always found all their employees to be helpful and friendly.
They will continue to be my go to HVAC and Plumbing company.

Tudi were professional and quick from starting with the estimate process. August was detailed and quick with the estimate and did not try to oversell anything. Once I decided on them August came in for another round of measurements. The receptionist called me next day to set up install the day after. Mike was the technician who installed my system. His work was very tidy and with care to my home . He took time to answer all my questions. He wore shoe coverings without fail each time he had to come inside the home. Very satisfied with the service.

I was given a quote after I communicated to Tudi employee that my thermostat would be covered under warranty. She told me that the unit would be ordered and I will pay for labor. I was ok with it. When technician installed everything he gave me a bill for a full price unit plus labor. I called them back and they would not honor their word. They just simply said we do not know why she said it and that I have to either pay or they will take off the thermostat, which was about $795.00. I told them it is their business decision. I let them take it off. I think this company is a scam. From the time of improper installation, no shows and unprofessional behavior I am no longer willing to give them another chance.

Russ installed my new Lennox furnace. Russ was on time and was very professional. He placed covers on my hard wood floors & stairs.
Russ answered all of my questions.
The installation was expertly accomplished.

Service technician Jacob was awesome! On time and very detailed with the preventative maintenance (Home Comfort Plan). Jacob's explanation of what he did was very thorough and in language I could understand.

Robert Barker found filter wet and the drain clogged with dust from cat liter box. Repaired drain so easily cleanable. Great job!
