I was given a quote after I communicated to Tudi employee that my thermostat would be covered under warranty. She told me that the unit would be ordered and I will pay for labor. I was ok with it. When technician installed everything he gave me a bill for a full price unit plus labor. I called them back and they would not honor their word. They just simply said we do not know why she said it and that I have to either pay or they will take off the thermostat, which was about $795.00. I told them it is their business decision. I let them take it off. I think this company is a scam. From the time of improper installation, no shows and unprofessional behavior I am no longer willing to give them another chance.
