So happy they could do installations in the Phoenix area. The kids love our new playset. It was worth every penny. Excellent Play set. My Kids love it! great quality and awesome staff. The team was great and placed it in my backyard, I paid extra to have them assemble it and it was well worth the price! to many pieces and bolts we would've never been able to do it without there help. The guys that came to assemble the play set were great and put it up in no time! I would really recommend this play set.
When Costco didn t fulfill my order for my daughters bday during the busiest time of the year, I picked up the phone and called these guys for a playset, Rick was my guy and he made it so easy to pick out the best options for my daughter. It was installed less than 10 days, She s obsessed and can t stop playing on the playset everyday. FYI, the Quality is probably 10x better than the one at Costco, you truly get what you pay for!! Thanks Tree Frogs! After a disappointing experience with a Big Box store that never delivered our son s basketball hoop, we were so happy to find Tree Frogs. Rick was excellent on the phone, but Robert really took care of us through the sales and installation process. He heard our needs, counseled us on options and sold us an awesome basketball hoop and Spring Free trampoline. Robert and crew came when they said they would; they did an impeccable installation job and cleaned up after themselves. They even went above and beyond helping us with our old trampoline. These guys are first-rate and fantastic!! We have a play set that was badly in need of some love, and Robert s team not only restored it, they made it look practically brand-new!! From sanding/staining to locating and fitting a new slide and rock wall, the quality of their work is unmatched. Wonderful products and service -- Rick was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, came to our house (masked) to help us figure out what we can fit in our backyard. The installation happened on schedule and quickly. Kids are delighted!
Robert and Ron were outstanding, they got the playground up quickly and helped me choose the best position in the yard. They were courteous and efficient, and my kids have absolutely loved the playground! Definitely a great investment and the warranty is a nice piece of mind.

Very happy with our purchase from Tree Frog! The play structure is very built and it was a pleasure to work with all of the people from Tree Frog. Their structures cost a little more than some other places, but it s worth every penny for the quality and 10 year warranty!
We cannot recommend Tree Frogs enough! Our family has a beautiful redwood play set that came with the home when we moved in, and due to age, was in very rough condition. We searched for quite some time for someone that could help us restore it, and had absolutely zero luck. Then we spoke with Rick at Tree Frogs. He was fantastic. He made an appointment to come out and evaluate our set, and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful at helping us determine the best way to restore it. He worked closely with the crew that came out to do the work, helped troubleshoot several aspects of the project, and thanks to the Tree Frogs team, our kids will have a fantastic, like-new play set to enjoy for years to come!!
Well, I m another happy customer! We were wanting to buy a spring free trampoline and found that they are the only ones in Southern Arizona who sell them. When I called They we re Very kind respectful and helpful. They called me when the traps came in and have been very pleasant to work with the entire time. They ve got a lifelong customer out of me for my family s playground needs!

Robert and Tree Frogs absolutely saved the day!!! We purchased a Springfree Trampoline directly from Springfree (we should have bought it from Treefrogs) and as such purchased their installation package. They connected us with a horrible company that cancelled on our "guaranteed" installation 3 days before Christmas and didn't even call to let us know. We were scrambling and reached out Tree Frogs to see if they could help and they were incredible. They were so friendly and accomodating and scheduled an installation immediately. Robert came over on Christmas Eve and did an amazing job and went truly above and beyond, even offering to get us other accessories we were missing. We cannot say enough good things about Tree Frogs!!!!

Once I purchased the trampoline a delivery date and time were scheduled. Rick called me the day prior to installation to confirm the appointment. On the installation day, Robert called me to let me know they were headed to my house. They arrived earlier than scheduled and did a fantastic job (not to mention quick). Robert explained how the product worked, showed me everything I needed to see, and provided me with his contact information in case I had any questions in the future.
