I recently purchased a car from Toyota Jemca Bracknell. I visited a number of dealerships before making up my mind. The car specs were the same everywhere but I chose Jemca Bracknell thanks to Sales executive Yaseen. He provided professional and informed service which helped a lot to understand the process of 1st car purchase. All my questions about the car were answered promptly and I enjoyed a test drive too. Cannot recommend enough for the sales part. Looking forward to explore the after sales suppport too.

Had a couple of interactions with this agency and went there to test drive a Yaris. In the beginning, everything went fine with the salesman, we we offered some biscuits and tea (this is the least you can expect from companies planning to rip you off, isn't it?) and the test drive went just fine.

However, towards the end of the 'experience' I thought that the salesman did little to convince us that this was the right car for us and failed to propose any alternative options, even though we had asked if there was anything we could be tempted by. Worse still, the salesman seemed crossed when we mentioned our budget and I thought he was very poor at negotiation. Perhaps, he was not used to negotiating at all.

My verdict in a nutshell: they only care about your money and I would not deal with them again. We got the Yaris from another, smaller and more understanding dealer. (That's the beauty of dealing with small companies rather than the so-called 'Big guys'

Jaaseen the salesman and manager James, were responsive and focused on ensuring my complete satisfaction with the vehicle-thanks again guys.

Really helpful, they changed the car key fob batteries for my Lexus. The nearest Lexus dealership was over 30 miles away in Central London so this saved me a lot of time and it wasn't expensive. Happy customer. I was dealt with by Dave from the Parts Department.

I can never get hold of anyone on the phone in the service department . I eventually got through by speaking to sales team who put me through . When I asked why nobody answers they said the phone goes to the other side not them . I don t understand why they don t have a service booking Reception phone as the number options says press 1 for servicing ! I Then I couldn t get a service in time for the warranty so had to take to my local garage .

Awful!!!

Awful!!!
Went there about two years ago for a service. My service was booked on Toyota website and it included a wash. However, when I went there, they refused to wash after service saying they are busy. Never went to Toyota services since then thinking Toyota service is a joke (promise things they don't do).
However, I've got a recall letter to fix seatbelt issue from Toyota recently. Because of my bad experience from Jamca, I've selected Steven eagel, Aylesbury for that. I'm writing this just after coming from there with completely different experience.
Never ever go to jamca.
Toyota, if you are reading this, please remove Jamca from your service provider list. They will ruin not only their reputation, but yours too. At least give them a tour of Steven eagel Aylesbury.
I'm going to place this review on Steven eagel Aylesbury because I've noticed that much of difference!

Sales process v good, max was brilliant. After sales however a complete let down. Was told car had a major service before being put up for sale, this service should include brake fluid change, something confirmed by the apparent service manager, who also said it had definitely been done right before I explained I'd tested the brake fluid and it had 3% water content (at 4% it immediately needs to be replaced). Returned car for them to check it, gave me some great /rediculous excuses and transpires they don't own a brake fluid tester. (proof recorded on in car camera plus lots more amusement from inside the workshop such as them bumping the car into equipment ) They changed the fluid and it now has 0% water conten which is good. However, angry that they are quite happy to put customers at risk with dangerous braking systems to save a bit of cash. Service manager did not even bother to talk to me when I was sat waiting for the car. Very poor. Customers should not have to check a Toyota dealer has done what they should have done to ensure the car is safe. Sorry but will not be returning to this dealer. A huge shame.

Recently my wife and I bought a used car from Jemca Bracknell. The sales executive Yaaseen was very helpful and professional in every aspect of the transaction. He was very transparent in showing us the cars, and the process we followed to purchase the car. He explained everything very clearly and there was no pressure. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The whole experience was very pleasant. I would certainly go back for sales and service and would highly recommend them. Thank you!

I ve been coming to Jemca Toyota in Bracknell for five years - purchasing my first Toyota Yaris in 2015, which was a total pleasure to drive.....and just upgrading to a Yaris Icon.
All of the staff at the Bracknell branch are very welcoming, helpful and efficient, across the board from reception, finance, sales, to repairs and service.

We've been customers of Jemca in Bracknell for many years now, & have always found them very pleasant & efficient. We recently bought new cars from them & the Customer Consultant who helped us was Yaaseen Malik. He has helped us once before in the purchase of our previous car & has always been extremely helpful, very polite, friendly, genuine & honest, just an extremely pleasant young man. Nothing is too much trouble. He does his utmost to help you & try to come to a result you're happy with. We would highly recommend Jemca in Bracknell.

Have been a customer at Jemca Bracknell for 6 years now and recently had to get a new car as my old Yaris was starting to cost money to fix.
I have to say that David Hunt has to be one of the nicest car salesperson I have ever met. A consummate professional and very easy to like. His attention to detail throughout my test drives and both during and after the sale are to be commended.
Also have to mention Susan on reception who is always smiling, friendly and willing to assist however she can.
Both wonderful employees and a credit to Jemca and Toyota

I'm on my second year now and ive not had any problems. Im still loving it. Had service done recently and it was top notch! This is one the best decision ive made in a long time. Great dealership - took my 15 year old Corolla T-Sport in for a recall fix, it was done FOC in a few hours, visually checked over, AND it had been cleaned in and out! It s the little things but they didn t have to do that to my old run about.

I recently viewed a couple of second hand GT86s at...

I recently viewed a couple of second hand GT86s at the dealership and all but one aspect of my experience there was completely diabolical.

When I called them to arrange a viewing and test drive of the two GT86s, I arranged to view them both the following day. I wasn't advised of any problems with that so I wrongly assumed the cars were ready to be viewed and driven.

Within 5 minutes of arriving I was offered a test drive in one of the cars before viewing it's aesthetic condition, which I went along with. The car felt solid mechanically which was a good start. After that, everything went completely downhill.

When I stepped out to view the condition of the car, there were a ridiculous number of paint chips and scratches which I was not informed about and was definitely not apparent in the photos on their website. It was also not reflected in the asking price of the car. It was on 40,000 miles but that did not tie up with how much wear the steering wheel, seat and pedals had. The interior was dirty - remains of crisps eaten on the back seats. I was disgusted by this.

I then started asking questions. The guy showing me the cars had absolutely no idea about the specs of the car so he was useless. He didn't even know the car had satnav when I asked and then found out myself that it did. He played down the bad condition of the car and actually lied to my face about the condition of the wheels being very good, which I then proceeded to show him were marked up very badly.

I then requested to view the other GT86 which was on considerably less miles at 12,000. Again, dirty interior and not great condition with multiple scratches on both sides of this car and significant chunks missing from two of the alloy wheels. I was puzzled why this car also had a dirty interior so I asked how long the dealership had had the cars for and the guy answered 3-4 weeks. Seriously?! That long and absolutely nothing had been done to clean them! I had also requested to test drive this car, but the battery was flat and the alarm went off when we unlocked it. The guy showing us the cars then said something particularly stupid: "That's the thing with these cars - you really have to drive them regularly otherwise this happens". I can now say as a GT86 owner that what he said was total made up rubbish. The guy disappeared to find a battery charger which he did not know how to operate. He then disappeared again to find a mechanic who also couldn't figure it out. The manager came out and had the audacity not to apologise but just to say "Well you wouldn't pay to see this would you?" while the alarm had been sounding for a solid 10 minutes by this point.

At this point, I left immediately being utterly disgusted with them.

I can justifiably say that after visiting a small independent non-Toyota dealer later that day and dealing with an honest and professional guy from who I ended up purchasing an immaculate condition GT86 on 34,000 miles, that Jemca Toyota Bracknell provided me with the worst customer service of any company that I have come across. I could not discourage anyone enough from visiting them. The cars' conditions vs their mileage were so bad that it honestly called into question if they had been clocked, as other GT86s I viewed on similar mileage including the car I bought elsewhere were in a lot better condition inside and out than both GT86s I viewed at Jemca Toyota Bracknell. Total utter idiots working there and a complete waste of my time.

I have been going here for years, tomorrow I am taking delivery of my 3rd vehicle, my son and wife are also Toyota drivers so we all are regular customers. All aspects of the Bracknell branch work exceptionally well whether it is sales or servicing. Give them a try, I recommend that you do.

I cannot recommend Jemca at Bracknell highly enough. From the moment I made contact, right through to the collection of the car, every element was handled first class. Mark Ellis was fantastic, he went out of his way to find the right vehicle for my son based on what I needed and the budget I'd set. Even though the vehicle was at a different site all of this was resolved within a matter of days, with Mark keeping me updated throughout the process. The showroom is a friendly environment and very welcoming, from the greeting and the endless coffee, to the advice given by the well informed team, nothing was too much trouble. It certainly took the pain and nervousness out of buying a car - which in my experience can be a little bit daunting, but not here. I shall be returning to see Mark for my next purchase in the New Year. Brilliant job guys, Thank You very much!

Many of occasions I have had to get my cars fixed over the years!! May I say that the Service Department is the best I have EVER been to. The Colleagues are welcoming, kind, presentable & more importantly go the job done with 'High' Spec. They go the Extra Mile!! Bought a 2nd hand Yaris. The experience was amazing and I felt looked after by the seller.
We service 2 cars in Bracknell including MOT and only recently, I was let down by the service. I had two specific requests to be checked and Toyota failed to solve or even understand the problems. Had to repair the issues in another company.
The Service Quality also, did not react or provide any feedback to my complains. Was very disappointed with the latest service.
