Sales process v good, max was brilliant. After sales however a complete let down. Was told car had a major service before being put up for sale, this service should include brake fluid change, something confirmed by the apparent service manager, who also said it had definitely been done right before I explained I'd tested the brake fluid and it had 3% water content (at 4% it immediately needs to be replaced). Returned car for them to check it, gave me some great /rediculous excuses and transpires they don't own a brake fluid tester. (proof recorded on in car camera plus lots more amusement from inside the workshop such as them bumping the car into equipment ) They changed the fluid and it now has 0% water conten which is good. However, angry that they are quite happy to put customers at risk with dangerous braking systems to save a bit of cash. Service manager did not even bother to talk to me when I was sat waiting for the car. Very poor. Customers should not have to check a Toyota dealer has done what they should have done to ensure the car is safe. Sorry but will not be returning to this dealer. A huge shame.
