I went to fill application out four people told me...

I went to fill application out four people told me how to get the the wrong building. In the process I cut through the mulch to reach the side walk. After begin told to go through the wrong door I went back to right door to be greeted by security. Are you here to fill out an application. I said yes he then says with a smirk on its face not anymore you not hr want you to leave because you walked through the grass.
So I apologized and tried to explain I was just looking for the right door he says he s not playing we had to leave. So I called H.R the man was so rude. He said yes they wanted us to leave because of grass. So after apologizing and say I understand and I m sorry I was just trying to find the right door. I asked if that meant I couldn t fill an application out he said yes I could not because the landscape people had came. I hop across mulch people like I didn t step on flowers I didn t disrupt it kick it make it messy nothing something that people do everyday and is done with out thought. To be in a community and turn people away like that is ridiculous so I m glad I didn t get work with this company if this how they are to people trying to work for them.

Came for an interview. The panel was nice enough, but severely lacked professionalism.

I was called for a phone interview, and was later called to come in for a face-to-face interview.

During my first interview, I was asked about FMEA, but was unfamiliar with the acronym. Of the 4 people interviewing me, only 1 person knew what it stood for; Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
Once stated in its word form, I grasped what they were asking about.

After the conclusion of my first interview, I was called to come in for a second interview. During my second interview, I brought 3 examples of myself using this in design teams that I lead.

At the end of the second interview, I was doted on a bit for explaining my processes clearly and effectively.

I was then told, via Compass Tech, that I did not receive the position because I did not know FMEA...

Again, I had brought in 3 examples of myself using this process in, one form or another, to showcase this. Secondly, if this this was a concern of theirs during my FIRST interview , why invite me in for a SECOND interview? Lastly, I was called for my phone interview, called to come in for the first interview, called to come in for a second interview, BUT NOT CALLED TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional.

It seems that the panel was comfortable chatting with me, but feared giving feedback. This should NOT happen in a multi-million international company whom is hiring for a salaried role.
