I love this company!!! Trusted is a great company to work for with a strong foundation. A structure is only as strong as its foundation. It makes me feel secure knowing great people stand behind this company! Trusted truly cares about its members as well as every employee. The CEO and Leaders are very dedicated and invested in the success of the company as well as the employees. It s great to work for people who truly care about your future and invest time and money to help you become successful! They show genuine and authentic appreciation for the work we do and the effort we put in. I m proud to be an employee of Trusted!

Trusted Plan is a making a significant difference in the lives of DC members. Trusted Health Plan has an Outreach Center in the middle of Ward 8 and allows members to come by and get education on diabetes, healthy eating and nutrition, exercise, yoga and more. It is a great place for the entire family to come. New moms, seniors, children can all come have fun, use the health library and get a delicious snack, too . What a great place!

Trusted is an extraordinary company one I'm proud to have worked for these past two years. Dedication to our members and making a positive difference in their lives is what drives every aspect of what we do.

My Experience Was the Worst Ever And It Triggered My Mental Health Problems All ova Again And Still Confused and Bothered Sumthin needs to be done so NO OTHER HUMAN Should be Treated How I Was Mbi On Minnesota Ave DC Should Be Shut down That Place Is Ran Like A Zoo I was disrespected door was Slammed in my Face By a therapist because she didn't no What to do with me At Intake And Nurse called for Security when I asked for her Name And I was esorted out the building had to wait for transportation for 2hrd outside the building I am asking that the security video be Watched and Ian asking that sumthing has to be done I went to seek help for my Mental Health Not to be talked down to disrespected or Treated unfairly or unhumanly and still haven't received any help What could be done without My Lawyer Help so Nobody goes thru what I went thru Last week

Our CEO has invested in infrastructure and developed an innovative community-based managed care model that can be applied to new markets. He s proven that the THP model can fix the broken Medicaid system. The THP model works, and if adopted nationwide, would save the country 100s of BILLIONS in the next decade.

Great Company!! Trusted Health Plan offers excellent benefits for its members and employees. I have never seen such a dedicated team and leaders. Go, Trusted!

Excellent physicians and response if you have problems. Sometimes you may not understand why your physician has prescribed a certain medication or why you need a test. Trusted is a very innovative health plan.
I like their program Telcare. I also use the HIGI machine at Giant and at the Health and Wellness Center on Minnesota Avenue.

This company is a horrible company to work for. The staff here are highly stressed, the managers there do not trust their people. If you work here and you are not on the management team, you will be verbally abused and treated unfairly. One of the managers, I forget her name starts with an (A) is rude, conniving and bad for the overall business. She has ranned several good people in her department out of Trusted Health Plan, BEWARE. The CEO is immature and not seasoned enough in business strategies to run a successful business. I'm pretty sure his lightskin privilege got him in the door.

There are a few stars there who are great to work with but even they will turn their back on you. This company is, corrupt, unorganized and is suffering from poor management and a lack of sustainable leaders. The District Government is crazy to keep them open after all of the turnover it has seen. In fact most of these reviews are from current employees who I'm pretty sure were asked to leave a positive comment to get their ratings up, majority which are Caucasian.

The company spend thousand of dollars on bonuses and a Christmas party rather than putting more support into community programs, and care management program. This company is problematic to the community and provides no real benefits to their customers.

Trusted HP does an outstanding job of reaching out to the community with the goal of prevention through education, healthy living and activities. At first, I was a little put off by outreach to enroll people in free healthcare, but the goal here is to prevent chronic conditions that cost a fortune to treat. Great people, great work!
