We have had Trustbridge support for my Mom since December. Their level of patience and understanding with her and us, as made this difficult time bearable. We rely on their guidance and see them as our own, personal support system. They are professionals and experts in their field.

Trustbridge took excellent care of my father the last week of his life, besides allowing us to have him home, the care they gave him was A1, the nurses are kind, caring and very professional. The support they gave the family was priceless. We are very grateful. God bless the entire staff

Words cannot express our gratitude for the professionalism and personal care given our loved one by everyone associated with the Team Eagle Group involved while she was at Menorah House, Their doctors, nurses, and social workers treated her like family, and kept us in the loop throughout her passing..

I would not give this company any stars. My mother...

I would not give this company any stars. My mother was transferred there from the hospital and had a few hours to live. The nurse refused to allow access for her daughter to spend it with her. I begged until 2 PM and even called the supervisor to gain access to my dying mother. I was lied to and told that my mother was stable. Three hours later I got a call that told me that I needed to come there. When I get there , my mother was dead. I called the police immediately and I also filed A complaint with the state for investigation. I later found out after and investigation was performed by the company that there was pno pain medication or sedation given to my mother in her final hours of death. I m pretty sure she was suffering since she was in congestive heart failure and had pneumonia and was unable to breathe in the hospital. This heartless nurse allowed her to suffer and kept me from intervening and witnessing what was taking place. I believe this was a crime and hopefully the state is able to investigate and charge her

If It wasn't for this amazing organization me and my family couldn't have done it alone. The most caring and giving nurses Chemille Hogg and Andrea were amazing. They are considered family now. They made sure our mom was comfortable before her passing and were out of this world. They knew everything to do at the right time. Thank you so much . We love you. Love, The Johnson Family

I can t say enough about this company and its representatives! A++ service and care! They are currently carrying for my mother-in-law and they have made this process a smooth one. Everyone has been so professional and loving! Not one nurse has disappointed and everything she could possibly need has been provided! I am so thankful from the bottom of my heart!

I wanted to wait a few weeks since my father's pas...

I wanted to wait a few weeks since my father's passing in order to provide a more objective and less emotional review of Trustbridge - who provided in-home hospice care. Even with the benefit of that time and distance, I am still shocked - and in some ways traumatized - by the inconsistent, unreliable, and poorly coordinated support that I and my father received during the week between his release from a hospital and his final passing.
When we first met with Trustbridge representatives at JFK, we received conflicting information from the two representatives. The more senior of the two did a better job of setting our expectations, but they were still set much higher than the level of service that we received. Despite my telling them that I needed a day to talk with other family members about the decision, they tried to get my father to sign paperwork in my absence. Once we finally signed all the paperwork, the transfer process and delivery of equipment was smooth and on schedule.
But that's where things went off the rails. I regularly experienced significant wait times when I called, service started on a Sunday and nobody thought to mention that they didn't deliver on Sundays and Mondays, nurses were stretched super thin (we did receive excellent care from one nurse whose name I can't recall - she was the exception), when I needed crisis care there were no nurses available, after being told that one wouldn't show up until the next morning he unexpectedly showed up at 1:30 am. In the final hours I needed more comfort meds but the wrong meds were delivered. After his passing, I repeatedly had to correct the crisis nurse who kept giving incorrect info to the funeral home staff (apparently his eyesight was getting worse but he didn't think to get glasses).

Questions I wish I had asked at the start:
What is the average wait time when I call? (expect 5-14 mins)
Are there any days Trustbridge doesn't deliver supplies? (Sunday, Monday)
Is it possible a nurse won't be able to make it because they're stretched very thin? (plan on it)
Will Trustbridge staff fall asleep on the job? (it happened)

I completely understand that COVID has devastated and depleted the healthcare profession. What I found unforgivable was Trustbridge not being honest and transparent in setting my expectations.

The level of unprofessionalism is beyond my comprehension. If and when anyone answers the phone they are nasty and rude, try to race you off the phone, and give you as little information as possible about your loved one. The people they send do not do their jobs properly and I have noticed that my sickly relative has been giving them cash and they have not been performing the services that we were promised. I am deeply saddened and disappointed that we were referred to this agency. They are a disgrace to the industry and to the dignity of any loved one in their care. I have nothing good to say about this company from the top down I have received nothing but malcontent, extreme Degradation and certainly not the healthcare that I expected from a so called professional agency such as this. We were promised many services which were never delivered workers come and go as they please whether or not they are on schedule we have received no written reports or any type of monetary expenditures. I was expecting to receive a weekly update on the care of my loved one which I never received and I also expected to receive a detailed invoice of what was spent on her care and who provided it. Again, none of the above was ever received. I highly suggest you look elsewhere when your loved one is in need of hospice, palliative or any other in-home healthcare service.

Hospice By The Sea ~ Rhonda ~ Thank You for believing in us right from the start . She made that week an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE for my family ! My Mom was in Hospice (Evelyn Miller) for the first week of January 2021. Rhonda ( the sweet Georgia Peach) Nurse Admissions was exceptionally sweet & helpful to us. Rhonda was a blessing to our family ! The whole week my Mom was in Hospice we had such great family times ! Thank You Hospice for making my Mom & her family so unbelievably comforable !

Why is NOT their policy to notify ALL of the patie...

Why is NOT their policy to notify ALL of the patients children of their beloved parent entering into Hospice? I was stonewalled by Trustbridge because of an all too common anguish in families- the adult children not getting along and making life and death decisions without the consent of all. Hospice claims they are there for "the entire family." NO, they are not. I went to the facility during a visit to my mother and made a complaint about abuse by her children that lived with her -all verifiable if they would have investigated. Nothing was done...My mother lays flat in a bed just praying to die. It's gut-wrenching, sickening.
