I'm a CTO and received an unsolicited email from them today. I receive many such emails each week and it's the hallmark of a recruiter I would never want to use. It shows a complete lack of understanding of how busy CTOs are and what they look for in a recruiter.

If you're looking for a job I'd advise using a reputable recruiter that doesn't just spam random email addresses.
