As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this mortgage division of a California-based company. The website was decently organized and provided sufficient information about their services. However, communication throughout the loan process could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my application. The loan terms offered were competitive, but I did encounter some hidden fees that were not initially disclosed. The customer service agents were polite and helpful, but at times it felt like they were rushing through the calls.
