Loved the course, challenging to play and beautiful ocean views

Great place to go on walks, workouts, grass picnics, play dates.

Great place for access to the beach (not a swimming beach) and tide pools below. The course even had an open area with picnic benches. I felt very welcomed here and would love to play the course some day!

While the view is spectacular, I found the staff to be sullen and unhelpful, a bit like going to the DMV without an appointment. Now I know I'm a golfing rookie and I should probably have played a few rounds at a downscale course first, but there's no need to be rude just because I don't know which iron to use. I only played nine holes and the course is very nice but I found it to be quite difficult.

This is a very cool very aesthetic place to come golfing and also there is a high-end restaurant inside there are also trails that you could take to Palos Verdes Beach the hill is pretty steep and it's easy going down but coming back up is tiring this is a very great place to bring your family to explore or if you just like golf this is one of the most beautiful places in the harbor area

Nice and easy hiking trail with stunning view. Parking is free and easy to find.

Love the hiking trail saw a snake while running but hey its nature. Be careful of steep trails just consider going up is easier remember you will eventually need to go down.

Awesome course! Beautiful views of the ocean from every hole. Incredible customer service! The course tends to be a little difficult as long as you're in the Fairway everything is fine but most times anything left right along is in trouble. But certainly worth going to play!

The club shop also has a luxury selection. The course was difficult. A very nice club. I feel the low level in Japan.

Let me start by first saying this is the most beautiful golf course I've ever seen.

Hidden public park at the club. Not many people know there is a small lot with free parking near the left of the clubhouse with access to a really nice public park area.

The all you can eat buffet was very good and had a wide variety of different types of foods. The waiters were very attentive and on hand for whatever was needed.

A first class organization...A fantastic layout along the Pacific with wind gusts like Torrey Pines and Bandon Dunds. Well worth it....

Good for walking. Can get to the water. Very clean. Rules posted. Small parking lot for public access. Also, restrooms on site.

Visited here in Sept 2019. Beautiful golf course. I don't golf, but when I visit my sister we always take a walk through the golf course. Awesome view of the ocean. Great place to take pics!!!

Just the location itself everything is awesome. Peaceful ambiance and very accessible. It's great for business or just pure leisure.

Very expensive and not the most spectacular layout, but still a beautiful and well maintained, manicured golf course. Incredible ocean views and two magnificent waterfalls adorn the course. Keep out of the rough. Very thick and it likes to "eat" golf balls.

Awesome course and view, and the staff are very friendly. I sat at the bar and had possibly the best ceviche ($16) I've ever had. It was a great experience, overlooking Catalina and the 18th hole. Really cool spot. The nay sayers on here must just be haters; really beautiful spot.

We went there for Christmas and it was so bad!!! We both had to return our orders. Hers because they brought the wrong dish and me because I ordered medium rare NOT hard boiled steak. The steak was bad quality too. Maybe using a little less growth hormones? Apart from that the service was bad too. We asked like 10 times for more bread until we got some. Overall poor quality and overpriced.

Beautiful view but WAY too expensive. You can find same view at other places without paying an arm and a leg. Dinner was subpar also. Needless to say I was NOT happy with this golf course/restaurant

An amazing place with a gorgeous seaside golf course and excellent service. I was there for a wedding reception and the food was really bad though. Over 100 people and nearly half of them had over cooked filet mignon or tiny slabs of Sea Bass. First and last impressions are everything and I left this opulent location of beauty hungry!

Dad's day excursion from Disneyland made it all worth while.

Woke up early and made the drive to this scenic location less than an hour from Anaheim. Perfect day. Amazing scenery, landscaping, course, conditions and club house.

It's expensive and challenging. You will need extra balls because there is no tolerance for errant shots. And even when you hit a good shot, chances are there's a perfectly groomed bunker in play.

Abounding fauna on every hole, islands on the distant horizon and a travertine laced clubhouse serving local power brokers and Disneyland dads with equal enthusiasm. Make sure you stay for lunch, the food is as good as the setting and they keep craft beers ice cold on tap.

Trump Golf Course offers more than just golfing! I've dined inside their restaurant, which was delicious with great ambiance, but pricey. I've brought a picnic to hang out in their grassy/picnic table area, and I've even hiked some of their trails. The trails aren't too difficult, somewhat hilly, but not steep. Although I haven't attended a wedding here, but I've seen the staff members set up for weddings. There's almost something for everyone here!

Top 3 course in California. Top 10 course in American

Course was in great condition and pace of play was great with almost no one in sight in front or behind us. The course played extremely difficult with narrow fairways and tons of sandbut had a great time nonetheless.

Staff is rude, highly over rated failing establishment that relies on groundskeepers who barely speak English. Un American; Sad.

Better golfing and much better cuisine elsewhere.

The Sunday brunch is the best I've ever had. Pricey, but the best!

Only course has ocean view on each single hole. Nice player host, player assistant. No walking allowed on the course!

Excellent Food! Great service in main dining room with great views! Easter was over the top .. buffet in main dining area with Easter for kids outside events....egg hunting, hay stacks! Absolutely wonderful to watch from your seat ! :)

Hiking with a view of the ocean! You can even hike down to the beach and walk to the next trail that takes you back onto the main trail!

Recently played Trump National and had a great time. Started with breakfast, the food was wonderful. Also had lunch there afterwards, everything was top notch. Course was in terrific shape, greens are faster than they look. You really need to golf your ball around this place, it is a challenge for sure. Ocean views from every hole, tight fairway grass, well manicured bunkers, super place to play. Manny the starter was very helpful and friendly, all the staff are very professional. Go play if you get the opportunity.

Next to the ocean shoreline and the acquiescent runner-up to Pebble Beach. There are angles of beach to absorb as the ocean views provide an ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing environment to golf and eat.

Great day of golf, perfect weather. Staff was ok a best. Hadn't seemed to think through the process like the major courses in the country. It was as if no one booked that day and they let everyone off. I have played at many top courses around the country, and today was like playing near my house on a moments notice. Nothing special, probably won't go back.
