Very very friendly staff, kid friendly, very luxurious rooms worth the price

The best hotel in Chicago. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like a king. The front desk staff (Aldo) remembered us from the first meeting and engaged us throughout our stay. They offer a complimentary car service for close trips, saving on uber trips. They also offer complimentary shoe shining in an hour. Nothing is overlooked. It's seriously the perfect hotel.

This place is a dump. The food sucks, over priced. Maxwell street would have been better. My plate pictured was $36.

Excellent amd unique view from the 16th floor bar. Service was great, drinks expensive (you pay for the view).

It rained earlier in the day at terrace 16 so they wouldn't let us sit outside despite the fact that it was a beautiful sunny day. My friend had a couple cocktails that were not good. I stuck to beer which made it easier to get it right. The wait staff was really great, but the high prices and lack of accommodation to seat the patio made for a bad experience.

We have been blessed to stay at quite a few hotels in Chicago including the Conrad and the Ritz. The Trump Hotel Chicago is now our favorite. The attention to detail and the spa locker room pool and gym are spectacular. The service is top notch and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. If you are staying in Chicago the Trump Hotel is where you should stay!

Amazing and luxurious hotel period!!! Take advantage of the wonderful gym with sauna, eucalyptus steam room, and cold showers! Room is very clean and we felt like we were in the comfort of our own home. Views are to die for no matter what room you have and the staff if beyond friendly.

Even though Donald Trump isn't necessarily my favorite, I will say that the architecture and overall style of Trump Tower Chicago is magnificently luxurious! Just being in the lobby for a few minutes almost kind of makes you feel like royalty, it's that upscale and chic. Although Donald Trump might not be our best president, he sure does know quite a bit about high end real estate and how to design a first class building of luxury. This definitely is a place worth visiting.

Stopped in for drinks. Great view of the Chicago River. Drinks were overpriced. Staff was not very friendly. Didn't stay long.

Absolutely amazing hotel, our room was absolutely amazing. Large wall mounted Samsung TV. Floor to ceiling windows, everything is automatic, blinds open with a wall mount control, dishwasher, fridge, sink in room, all tile shower and separate soak tub. The pool and spa were great as well. Also the bathroom mirror has a TV built in to it.

I stayed at the Trump International in Chicago for four days this past week. I travel extensively and this was the absolute best hotel experience I have ever had. I have stayed in the Ritz Carlton and the Pierre as well as many other fine hotels and although those experiences were extremely good, I have never experienced the high level of service that I received at the Trump. The staff was absolutely amazing in every area of the hotel from the bellhops to the wait staff, to the concierge. The room was fabulous, the food fabulous, the service fabulous. I was visiting Chicago to celebrate my niece's 21st birthday. She, and four of her girlfriends, are from Ireland and they are in Chicago working for the summer. The hotel staff was so kind and welcoming to my niece. The hotel worked with me to have a cake delivered and served from Alliance Bakery. We had dinner in Sixteen. The service and food were superb. There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful the experience was from the moment I walked into the hotel until the moment I walked out. Five Stars+ Maureen Pineau

We had a wonderful experience with Trump International Tower Chicago. My wife and I had a day trip planned to Chicago and having never stayed at a Trump property, we decided to book with Trump International Tower Chicago.

1) The customer service(bellmen, room service, engineering staff, front desk, as well as reservations) were a pleasure. Absolutely anything we needed was provided beyond our expectations. We brought our 1 year old with us for this trip and he was treated like a little prince! The front desk staff, especially, were wonderful in making sure all of our needs were taken care of and more!( A crib was sent to the room along with a diaper caddy. Stuffed animals and bib were provided as well. They knew his name without us mentioning it more than once when calling down to the front desk). Attention to detail was not lacking to say the very least.

2) The room was beautiful. With scenic views of the river and city, it was breathtakingly beautiful to wake up to the views of all the city had to offer right in front of us. All the amenities one would expect from the Grande Deluxe Suite were provided and in perfect working order. (One area we did notice may need maintenance in the near future would be the joints directly touching the structural columns. As a builder myself, I understand this is almost unavoidable given the movement of the building and the nature of drywall having little to no flexural qualities to it. The maintenance staff should consider trimming out the top of the columns with the drywall gapped around the column to allow for free movement of the structure as I assume it is designed while hiding the gap with the trim..but I digress).

3) The location was perfect for shopping and eating as well as transportation to Union Station / Trains to Airport. (We had never ridden the train from Ann Arbor to Chicago before and thought it would be a fun experience for our son. Being less than a mile from Union station was quite convenient for this purpose).

In closing, we will definitely be making Trump Hotel International Chicago our go to resting place for our future trips to Chicago for pleasure as well as business.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Food was great views were awesome and staff always acomidating. I told them would need my car quick so they parked it in location that was extremely close. Food was great could be little less expensive... But all in all great experience.

Terrible water pressure. You have to flush the toilet 10 to 15 times. The shower just drips...

The view was beautiful! I got a burger for lunch through room service and that was also pretty tasty!

I didn't take a stay there but it has very nice decorations around the place, plus you can access a tour guide boat from there. Not that cheap parking though.

Trump Tower in Chicago is a beautiful building and setting. It s right on the Riverwalk, and the area in front of the building is a fantastic place for pictures with it and the Tribune Tower in the background. We didn t stay there, but we went inside just to say we d been there. The smell inside the building was very nice and clean, and the grounds around the building were comparably the best kept of anything we saw in Chicago. Definitely worth a visit and picture in my opinion.

By far the only five star hotel within hundreds of miles. Most hotels in the area either lack security, Wi-Fi, drinks, good food, a great view, proper hygiene or customer service. I know this combination is extensive but 5 star hotels are 279 dollars each night in this area.

I expect all my needs to be covered at every five store hotel I visit. My hotel ratings reflect the number of stars I feel a Hotel should be. A five star rating indicates I feel its a five star hotel, four stars means it should be classified as four starts, 3 for 3, 2 for 2 and a one star rating means I consider something a one star hotel.

This will help Syrianize ratings to be more accurate for all hotels.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Chicago. The rooms are spectacular, roomy, and up to date. I recommend a suite. The spa rooms are very nice. Great pool and friendly staff.

All around the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff go above and beyond, the room is beautiful and clean, and it is in a prime location. Can't say anything negative!

I am into tower construction and this is a beautiful use of a tight footprint. I believe it is the tallest concrete skyscraper in the US and possibly the world. 4 stars? Oops I meant 5! *Edited for accuracy*

Fantastic experience with perfect customer service. The hotel staff made this a perfect stay for my family with everything from stuffed animals for my kids at check-in to bringing up warm milk for a young child at night and everything in between. Will absolutely return.

The view was spectacular! Deluxe suite was very spacious. Staff was attentive and helpful. The in room dining was great, pricey but well worth it.

The hotel is very similar to a Sheraton Hilton Marriott etc.but the views from this place are incredible especially facing Lake Michigan when the fog rolls in very beautiful.

Our experience at the Trump Hotel in Chicago was phenomenal. Beautiful building, perfect amenities, gorgeous rooms, inviting lobby, awesome service, and best of all- it is in the best location in the heart of Chicago right off the river. Stayed here for a week on the top floor- amazing view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

10 Stars. I've stayed at several of Donald's properties. This is one of his newer places and I love it. It's truly world class. So far iHaven't had any complaints. Great location, great amenities, great rooms....amazing

poor service and you don't get what you pay for. waste of my money.

Don t even think about being checked in on time at 3 ....room wasn t ready until after 6 and I had to call the hotel and complain just to finally get another room that was ready so who knows if they would ve even called me ever ! Then they will just tell you whatever you want to hear to make it seem like they are doin something for you but then won t hold to it . Not even a small credit for room service or anything . Don t waste your money unless you get a deal stay at the Langham across the st. I noticed them tellin other guests similar things so the only way to get anything better is to waste your time calling multiple times.

Amazing views and great rooms. You can tell the difference between a 4-star hotel and this 5-star hotel. Everything from the decor to the staff's service is very refined. Looking forward to going back for a short staycation this winter.

I thought it would be a great hotel but it's just and expensive hotel without anything special, they charge you 5$ for a bottle of water and they call it customer service and guest satisfaction.

Good thing owners' vileness does not rub off on the staff. If anything, they try harder to please. Kitchenette and the location make it attractive for solo business visitors.
