I stay at this hotel regularly excellent staff always clean rooms. Impeccable service.
My home away from home.

Excellent accommodations gorgeous room. The view was spectacular at night with the city lights. Well worth it if you are staying in Chicago.

Did not stay, only visited staying guests. Staff was extremely friendly. They were very informed and helpful during the entirety of my visit. Only disappointment was the guest shop was tiny and the employee was busy on the phone for a prolonged period, making no acknowledgement to our presence.

Visited for a mobile event and was only outside the building and in the lobby. Very positive experience from everyone involved including the staff at trump tower.

Very upscale in service and amenities. One night isn t enough to enjoy it all. My wife and I had a wonderful night there.

Incredible views, it is not necessary to consume. You can upload and take pictures without problems. Worth it.

The problem was that my vacation could not enjoy, since I was thrown out of the hotel as a half Mexican. So rash. There must be a quick end to something.

Went downtown to celebrate our friends 28th birthday. Let me just tell you the staff was simply amazing! So polite and kind and fun to be around!!! HUGE shout out to MK, Emmanuel, Fidel, Kevin, Prem and Jamie for being the best service around. 10/10. Thank you all so much!!!!

Trump Hotel was absolutely beautiful and professional. Great customer service and CLASS. Do not waste your money on surrounding hotels. I have been to several of them and they all lack customer service. Trump hotel had wonderful customer service, beautiful view, and made you feel appreciated for the money you pay.

The service was good, the prices were fair, and the upholstery and glassware seemed appropriate. But the music completely killed the vibe it was some techno, rap, mix giving the whole restaurant a club vibe. I'm a younger guy so it's not that I don't appreciate the music but there's a time and a place.

Love the President or not... this is an amazing place!

My umpteenth visit to the Spa at Trump and have stayed overnight several times as well. Is great everytime. Staff are always professional and very courteous. I'm not into the political hubbub and don't base my experience off political views. Basing my review strictly on quality of products and services received at a place that happens to share the same name as the president.

HORRIBLE PLACE. NEVER AGAIN. THEY KICKED ME OUT OF THE LOUNGE AS I WAS TAKING SELFIES. I WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED!

Nice hotel but far from spectacular. I enjoyed staying at The Peninsula much better. The service was adequate but there's better and cheaper.. I liked The Gwen.

One of the attractions in the Windy City of Chicago par excellence. Modern, cool, centrally located, pretty appealing from the outside as well as inside, clean, with a nice pool, from where you can enjoy the city quite comfortably and in peace - especially in the evening a really great viewpoint (also applies to terrace levels over it). Service comprehensive and attentive. Only the prices here are quite unrealistically high.

Absolutely first class! The suite was spectacular and the staff treated me like I was related to the Trumps! The location was extremely convenient, as well. I will definitely stay here again.

My company rented out the grand dining hall for a Gala for all employees, including international. Then we went down to the mezanine for drinks. The service was amazing and so was the food. Best fillet I've ever had.

Well this is my 2nd stay in Trump hotel I. Chicago and enjoying every minute of it , rooms are very specious and the view is spectacular but all come with a hefty rate . Service is amazing but their lobby needs to be updated . Their workout area is beautiful .

This being a few blocks from my office, I am a frequent visitor. Everything is of the highest quality and class; the staff is the greatest. Stop in for a glass of wine with friends or colleagues, you will love it!

Trump Hotel, is a very nice hotel i was just there for a short time, but the staff was professional, and friendly. It was located in a very nice area, walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. I will definetly be back on my next visit to Chicago.

The best hotel we've ever stayed in! There is not a single corner of this hotel that is not properly looked after.

It needs amenities like a free breakfast in the morning. Although having a tv in the bathroom is nice. The service didn't feel personable.

The bar had a nice view of the river. Cocktails were overpriced and there was a limited beer selection, but service was good.

110% top shelf. The room is outstanding Clean,well appointed,like new, has ever thing you could need. The restaurants are out standing. This is a must stay

Our Suite was Huge and amazing..
We had a Huge Master Bedroom Suite with beautiful bath with TV in mirror ,Huge Living room with cozy gas fireplace , full equipped kitchen and 2 Full baths!
We came in June for our wedding anniversary(husband surprised me and planned all 4 days).. AMAZING Place Spotless Clean, Great Staff, Both Outside and Suites Especially .LOTS OF PERSONAL TOUCHES GREAT LOCATION TO WALK., Water taxi Uber or taxi anywhere. Close to Navy Pier and Dinner Day and evening cruises...
We Both Hope to make this an annual Trip..Great Food drinks and places to see.I Would Rate this a 10..

My girlfriend and I went to "16", the rooftop bar at Trump Tower, and we had an amazing experience. Walking out onto the terrace on the way to our table was an experience alone. The balcony allows for a panoramic view of the city from the south east side of the building all the way to the west side. An amazing view of the river going East to the lake is also a site to see. My girlfriend and I did not stay long enough to order food but our cocktails were great, but a little pricy. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing and private. Service was great and we had an overall fantastic experience.

I don't like those people because they are not friendly, also I will not going there for all my life, that's my first and last time there.
If you think that s the best hotel for your precious money, you re most likely better off by choosing another hotel in the city, where they ll treat you with respect and will take care of your requests as a guest. You re welcome for not staying with choosing another hotel with better service.
