Trump Casino and Hotel Review

Beautiful casino, upbeat and trendy. The cafe had a live band and great area to dine.

We had a great experience. Our room was ready early and the staff was very welcoming. The room was super clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The only negative thing was the soap and shower gel had a strong Male scent which was not appropriate for women. The Mariah concert was fun and in a nice venue. Slot machines did not win for us.

Good, clean, beautiful and big casino. Mostly young people. Downsides are that It was impossible to get a drink, and they lack smaller bets machines what made it harder and more expensive to teach some friends on their first time on a casino

Too much cigarettes smoke and delay in checking in. Room was not comfy as far as bed is concerned.

Broken fixtures, no towels in rooms (had to ask 3 times to get towels delivered) broken door locks, and the final straw...bugs in the bed. Staff did not even question the bugs, asked if I was bit by any and upgraded us to a different room (with carpet stains but no bug...i hope!) This told me that it is a common occurrence. Not a great showing of someone who wants to take over our nation when he can't even make sure his own properties are cared for!

It was very nice. I love all of the pieces from music history that are displayed throughout the hotel. My only complaint was that there were very long lines for the Wild Card Service and they had closed one of the counters where they could help. I didn't want to wait in the long line to reset my Wild Card Pin and ended up not playing slots since I was locked out of my card

Great food and easy access to casino, boardwalk and kids rides.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but the casino was great. Had a ton of slots, but also a ton of people.

Checked in at 10:00 am. Was told room would be ready shortly. It is now 2:30pm and room is still not ready. Unacceptable! Also put a hold on my card in the amount of $900 for incidentals because we are supposedly staying for 6 nights. Ridiculous! Will be getting my money back soon! If you like headaches go ahead and stay here!

Nice place. Whole casino feels like an extension of the usual restaurant with some added flair and cool memorabilia throughout.

I visited the Hard Rock on a rainy afternoon. I was attempting to find a nice place that was out of the rain. The Hard Rock was that for me.

The casino was convenient and was easy to find the different tables that I was looking for. I spent a very nice hour wandering the casino and staying out of the rain.

I had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I had a burger and fries. They were excellent.

I recommend the Hard Rock Casino.

Entertainment is great and they treat their card players well!

I was working at Taj Mahal Casino before, right now Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

Is a really nice place is a big bulding and u can enjoy your day right there, also play in near casinos and eat there.

Saw Foreigner play there and loved it! The sound systems were excellent as well as the views! However there wasn't much room in the aisle for dancing or moving in your seat. A little tight as the seats are very close together. Not for dancing there! Place had lots of food places to choose from. Great time!

My husband and I go to Parx casino a lot bcz we live not far. A friend we met at Parx told us, Hard Rock Casino comped him last week when he went there $50.00 free slot play. Following week they comped him again, a free room, dinner, more slot play. The very next day we went on his recommendation. Upon arriving at hard rock front desk told us they have no more promos we missed it by 1 day My husband spent 7 hours playing at tables, i spent 7 hrs. Playing slots. They would not even comp us a dinner. I definitely would not recommend The Hard Rock Casino. Staff not very friendly. Next time we'll go to Parx.

The room was adaquate and services were above average.

Went to the Hard Rock for the first time 7/26. The Old Taj needed this face lift. The place looks great! Now comes the BUT. But when we went to the Hard Rock Cafe I was very disappointed. You would think with a reputation world wide for good food. The food would be good. Every order of wings was raw. Even the one order that was supposed to be WELL DONE. The air conditioning in the restaurant was not good at all. The bathroom was the best place to cool down. Needless to say don't know if I will be brave enough to try it again.

Machines are crowded together. Smoking and non-smoking areas are mixed together and hard to figure out.

Probably the best casino all around in Atlantic City. It's clearly the one everybody wants to go to.

Well got there at 130 needed change rooms, n i understand check in is at 4 but we didnt get our room til after 6 it was really annoying n inconvenient, we wasted more time waiting than playing or enjoying our selves the way we should have been. Went to toby keith concert, so unorganized, ppl were drunk arguing over seats cause ppl were sitting where ever they wanted,they stood in ppls way so it was hard to see or enjoy it. It was ok,we were exhausted just from waiting,im not sure if we'll go there anymore, I don't feel like dealing with this kind of stuff,

The rooms were decent. The place seemed understaffed and the casino was small in comparison to the other places. The rooms were okay and the music theme was a cute touch. There wasn't much crowd control/monitoring. There were drunk members all over the place that were out of control. Definitely not okay with families that have children that are in the lobby checking in/out or going to and from the boardwalk. The valet was a mess and very slow service. The rooms were a decent size, but I cannot get over how ridiculous the sliding wooden bathroom doors were. A child can easily pull the door forward releasing the weird bolt lock and voila, everyone in the room can see you.

The hotel itself is very nice is the very comfortable rooms is always clean at the reception the people are very friendly, the casino is open for the public of the hotel and the outsiders the only bad thing is that in the room you have to have a lot Careful with the belongings I myself was a victim of theft Someone came into my room and stole things from my suitcase

The buffet is good but they need to work on a better system for Rock Royalty members. There is nothing different or special about entering the buffet. You wait just as long as anyone else.

Hard Rock Casino is a great place for gambling, dining and drinking. The aesthetics are beautiful

The Atmosphere was great, the casino was first class. Could have had more member service workers for the week it opened but we will be back!

Very clean, well organized, and helpful staff. You could spend an entire day just wandering and looking at the Rock n Roll Memorabilia.

Looooved my stay at the Hard Rock AC. The staff was pleasant. The atmosphere was great. The food at the restaurants was superb. The rooms were CLEAN and nice. Wi-Fi worked well. I will definitely come back!

Good location. Rooms were nice and the service was good. Buffet food was nasty.

Quick check in and welcoming host, clean and maintain environment. Room view not the best cause of seeing the HVAC system on the roof of building across. However all overall good place.

Honestly, looking at all the celebrity stuff was cool.... The restaurant we went to "Song" was amazing.... That's about it! The atmosphere was awful. There's no clear designated "no smoking" which leads to the entire casino being one big cloud of cigarette smoke. The crowd was filled with disrespectful, drunk, obnoxious people...more than I've seen at ANY other casino. The staff really had no idea what they were doing. All in all... I think I'll do a drive by for some egg drop soup at Song, other than that.....I'll skip it all together.

One of the worst Hard Rock restaurants I've ever been too. Service was horrible, bartenders we're clueless. They were out of the chicken club sandwiches and the quenoa burger. Plus three of their draft beers were empty. Spoke to the manager and he said thanks for you suggestions. What a joke. Will never go to another Hard Rock again. Plus way over priced

called on fri 2/19 in the am to see if i could get a free room. no problem reserved in minutes.( i havn't gone to taj for awhile it was sorta getting run down n dirty instead been going to Ceasars bally etc) Room was awesome, very clean, also was given two tickets to a Kansas concert ,casino is now very clean staff very nice just stayed one night but had sooooo much fun plenty of places to eat I never even left the building till we left

It's really nice to see new developments at Atlantic city. The place has been so plagued with bankruptcy and closures that it felt depressing. This place is bright, new, and fresh and it feels more like Vegas than Atlantic city. I will be spending a lot more of my gambling here from now on!

Great place! Beds comfortable and clean room. You didn't even really have to leave the hotel they had Lounges, club inside live band music playing. great places to take pictures good eating places I stopped at 1 and had pizza and they made the pizza fresh right in front of you. the pool was nice too indoor pool... I just wish they had a Jacuzzi. Otherwise overall great experience.

Our 1 night stay was awesome. The hotel is very clean & so many cool music displays. The lobby is beautiful. Limited gambling machines but their restaurants were delicious! We love hard rocks and stay whenever we get the chance!!

The drinks seemed very watered down, especially for the prices they charge. And I really had to question if I was getting the top shelf brands I asked for. Nice decor with interesting displays of various musical artists throughout the main areas. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe. Very limited menu and the food tasted very average. Public bathrooms near the HR Cafe were not kept very clean. We did not stay there overnight, just there for a show on a weeknight.

I was there to buy tickets at the box office. It opened at exactly 2:00pm. The employee behind the counter was good at customer service. She was patient and courteous. I asked one the security guards a question and he was very helpful. I also asked a server a question and she was very helpful. It was a good day trip.

It's amazing how beautiful it looks and how fast they were able to completely redesign the whole interior. Can't wait to see the hotel rooms.

Room was huge and the king size bed was comfortable. Even though the casino floor was empty, we had a nice time..

Walked the hotel and played the casino only. This building is one of the two nicely updated casinos in AC. I like the layout, it seems more structured and saves space. Wild Card rewards services were closed all three days we visited which was disappointing. We didn't play much as a result of that. Hotel lobby has a lot of really cool displays that are worth taking a look at.
