Very nice and I like how you can order your drink from your machine.

Really for my Hard Rock is a fantastic hotel with a lot of kindness from all employees I rate it as one of the best hotels.

Are at the Hard Rock Cafe. The food was very good and the service was excellent.

I've been going there for years. The suites are lovely, the food at the various restaurants and room service is always perfect. I have a toddler and the experience is still great without the casino.

Beautiful, clean casino/Hotel. It was like a mini museum inside with all the musician memorabilia and history. So cool!

Wish I could rate it a -1.... do NOT stay at this hotel! It's a total dump and the service was terrible! There were bugs in our bathroom scattering all over the place (room 2305); the elevators stopped working our first night there (7/1015) and we were stuck on the 23rd floor and told "taking the stairs to leave the hotel is not recommended", my children were scared out of their minds that something bad was happening! Had to order room service (stuck in hotel on 23rd floor remember) and the food was cold AND nasty! My room key was turned off early, locking me out in my pajamas and when I called security from my daughter's phone I was repeatedly hung up on. The whole expereince was bad and the hotel rooms need to be updated and painted.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL! TRUMP TAJ MAHAL IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

The Ocean Resort is way classier than hard rock ..hands down! Plus free parking all summer...no brainer!

It was amazing!!! Staff is wonderful.. But more handicap accessible is needed... Very hard to get around and find ramps...

Displays r great. Smoke not so much. Put ur mouth on a muffler and breathe. Air quality is absolutely nasty.

Servies sucked at the tables! This place is not what it use to be at all! So disappoint!

It was over hyped. I still prefer Borgata and Harrah's for gambling, entertainment, and food. Advantage is it's on the boardwalk.

Very rude maid. Room was nice overall but when I called prior to my vacation for help about my room, employees were beyond rude and disrespectful.

Excellent service and very nice rooms. Some of the restaurants are still a work in progress though. The Kuro restaurant has some decent flavors but they served their Donburi in a barely warm clay bowl which detracted from the experience. Their Niwa salad would have been wonderful if the dressing was a bit less salty. Like most Hotel/Casinos getting around can be confusing as a lot of it is about getting you to gamble by forcing you to walk through the casino area at points.

Great place...still getting the kinks out because its new.Rooms are clean and cozy.Table games are limited only one let it ride table. N o criss cross poker or double draw poker tables.Firstclass dining ...ate at il Mulino.and has a big food court.

I went to check out the new poker room. I was disappointed by it, I couldn't find it because there were no signs. The room itself was not well decorated and felt very sterile.

Awesome new hotel and Casino. The room was beautiful. Food is excellent and the night time bands are great. We will definitely stay there again.

The casino was fun employees are very friendly and accommodating. The room was new and clean except for some housekeeping issues.. we found some pills in the coffee packet with the sugar and the glass was really dirty.

I have stayed at Hard Rock 2x now it was a great experience both times.I have to say the employees were the nicest there then any where i have been in a long time. The rooms were great one was just a reg. non smoking 2 queen bed great shower very roomy the other time i had 2bedrms 2bathrm livingroom wetbar it was fabulous

Room 715 had roaches crawling in the bed on my sister. Horrible experience then the manager wasn't available for a refund. Just horrible and tragic. Now she has to come home and empty her suitcase on the porch to be sure to not take them inside her home.

New decor is nice, but overall still feels like the Taj.

This place is great in Florida.. Hope they will keep it up here in AC. Played down in Florida and loved it

Went to the buffet and it was good. A little expensive but good.

Large, bright and clean - the new addition to the Atlantic City strip is definitely a welcomed one, but I would like to see a higher variety of low to mid minimum bet tables on the floor.

The casino is very nice we ate dinner at song Chinese restaurant food was excellent took an hour and 10 minutes to get our meal problems in the kitchen our server was excellent his name was Al not his fault manager

The only thing good about this place was the rock and roll memorabilia

The taj mahal is great! It was our first stay here and they were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great except for the hour long wait to check in! They have just opened so I'm sure they will get it sorted in due time. The hotel itself was great and the gym with Windows overlooking the ocean was fantastic.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! OLD ROOMS BAD BAD SERVICE. From check in to check out this was a very bad experience. Our rooms were not ready at 4pm so we were told a call or text would be sent when they were. We never received a call or text. We then had to wait again on the line for check in. The rooms were not ready (we specifically requested rooms in the north tower they tried to give us the south tower). We were not checked in untill 6:30pm!!!! Only after we spoke to the manager Jose (on Saturday July 28th) did we get rooms in the north tower. We we're then promised a discount which was never applied to the room!!!!! We were told the discount was because we waited so long and then they didn't apply it. We still haven't gotten the money back. Insane.
The "renovated rooms" were not renovated there was new soft upgrades like beds, bedding, wall paper and carpet. The rooms were already old looking. Mold in the shower chipped broken tiles and stained walls in a room not even a month old..... stay anywhere else.

Not the cleanest casino. Need to have the place spiffed up. Rooms need to be cleaned.

Food choices aren't the best and the bar we sat at felt like a diner. Gambling was OK. But the whole place smelled like smoke.

Great modern clean-up of the former Taj-mahal casino. Everything is new and fresh...plenty of new areas to explore - restaurants and shopping... no more dingy card tables and slot machines. The staff also seem to be more polite. ^_^

Was there for their soft opening on June 27th. Workers were still working in different areas for the next-day grand opening.

We had a great time. It was so Lively and had pretty good odds!

The place is super nice and big, but unfortunately we were charging an extra $ 100 US without being informed. After talking on the phone for 45min, they did not want to refund the amount. They let us know that there were additional charges for using the pool and wifi.

Thought we had a great time until you get the bill at checkout. There are hidden fees they do not tell you at all until you have to pay. They charged us 30 dollars a day for a/c use and another 20 dollars a day for hotel fees which we asked what they were and they could not explain what it was. Also i went on a slot machine and won 1000usd great right! Wrong an attendent came over and i had to wait an hour to get my money because they thought i was cheating the system. Me and my wife wanted to have a nice get away for a few days but we were very dissapointed. Please guys do not stay here. Golden nugget and borgata way better hotels and the staff is great!.

Overpriced vending (when they worked) no ice, terrible water pressure. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Lots of space in the rooms. Some parts of the hotel are absolutely stunning. Still, the hotel seemed to be unfinished with little odds and ends incomplete like the soap dispensers not installed in the lobby bathroom. I wouldn't expect top tier service, but there are too many positives that outweigh the negative. Overall I would recommend the hotel, because it is very appealing and plenty of sights to see.

The outside looked very nice but the hotel room didn't feel on par to other hotels I've stayed at before (the bathroom floor seemed dull and dirty). Wifi also came at a hefty price

Nice new facade but same old casino parlor tricks. They tried to charge me for room service I didn't receive. I left 200 dollars in a newsstand counter (my fault) but when so went back and asked the clerks who I had dealt with acted like they didn't know anything, and then I saw the survailence camera that they didn't even offer to check for me. This place has potential but that left a bad taste in my mouth

The staffs were so friendly and the waitress in youyu is the best.

The room had a great view of the ocean from the South Tower and the room itself was immaculate. Not as many guitar decorations as expected but the comforter had a nice design to it. The wake up call was set for 7:15 and we received it at 7:20 which isn't bad. We couldn't eat at any of the main restaurants at peak hour but during the concert, we were able to check out one of the most intricate, candy themed restaurants.

Shiny and new casino. Some slots are really expensive so be careful but amazing music. Like a rock museum and they have the White House subs!

We played at the casino. It has a large casino floor and was clean. I did have an issue with a machine that was holding my ticket that no one would come to fix. I attempted to stop several slot attendants and one even told me "no". 2 separate security men were supposed to get an attendant but that didn't happen either. I eventually got one to stop and help and he was very nice (and apologetic about the rest of his team and my 45 minute wait). Other than that, we had a good time. We also saw Jackie Martling and it was a blast. His jokes are dirty and raunchy but if you're not uptight or embarrassed easily, you'll have a good time.

We were at the hard rock for a concert. It just opened a few weeks ago but the place was super crowded and it seems like they have some links to work out. It didnt seem very organized and several of the roulette slot tables were broken. Overall we had a good time and I think as they get over their learning curve things will improve. The atmosphere was very fun!

Very nice. Remodel of Taj. All new, clean and busy. Sent us.a whole $10.00 to visit again. Getting a Suite and $200.00 where I am at now.

The hotel is beautiful. Down side about it when i was there. No hot water in the room!!!! They said they will fix it. Hour later still not fix!! Never had this problem in the borgata.

I really enjoyed this place, and that s saying something. I was at the Taj the week after it opened. I remember what that place was like then and what it turned into. The Taj was a dirty, smelly, horrendous eyesore on the boardwalk. Hard rock turned it into something special and makes it easy to forget and move on. Keep it up!
