We worked with them on 1 rebranding project. They did not gasp the brands look and feel, wanted to redo too much. The partners of the firm showed us their work, wich was great, onboarded the project, worked on it for the first part and gave it to their junior people. As a result: poor quality. After the deliverables where worked out. They simply called me to say that they do not want us as their client anymore. "We have too much work, ..."
