Crane operator is super lazy sits in office does nothing and trucks are lining up outside October 3 2019 10:45a.m. Unbelievable!! Don t come here to unload coils!

I did work in karmax the staff members are friendly and they give Good Pay.

As a senior karmax employee. I just hope the management can see the bad atmosphere in the workshop now! People with a little seniority always comment on newcomers and even make some offensive remarks. These new people introduced by the agency can only endure, because they have to learn to endure, because they need to earn money! On the contrary, those who work here for a long time are always like big capitalists! When they are in a good mood, they will praise these new people! When they're in a bad mood, they will vent these bad emotions for these new people!

I dont know what this company does or is about, but i always see drivers driving fast like maniacs to get to this place. I dont know if these are workers or customers, but police should monitor this area and give speeding tickets, this place should turn into a driving school because there is way too many of them every morning.

It's very boring working here as a intern. You get the hardest job. But most of the workers are good to you.

Upon arriving at this facility I had become acquainted with the security protocol that is in place.

When I pulled up to the security gate house, I had spoken with two charming security guards who then asked whom I was here to see.
I had apologized that I did not have an appointment and was hoping to make the acquaintance of the Plant Manager or the Maintenance Manager.

She had instructed that I would not be granted access without a prior appointment, and asked me to pull through and turnout towards the exit.
As it would be safer that way.

Once I turned around I and returned, she was able to take the information I had brought and pass it to the person it concerned.

I appreciate their view on safety.

As our company's safety slogan is, "Speak Up About Safety."
