Great experience! Spoke with Davi on the phone and met with Melody for our inspection a week or so ago & had service completed by Stefan. We re renovating and when Stefan got there we had a mess all around the home and he was probably the most patient and helpful person I ve ever met.

I would like to compliment Abel from Branch #80 in Miami for his excellent and professional service. Abel was very informative and professional when he came to my house today. He took the time to treat the affected areas effectively and efficiently . I strongly recommend Truly Nole and especially recommend Abel for his excellent service.
Payed in full for pest control. Kept getting billed monthly. This happened three times. Had to stop running my corporation to deal with them. The field manager and tech were wonderful. Office was mentally challenged. The office manager was one rude lady. She acted like I did something wrong instead of fixing the problem. When a customer pays in full they are doing the company a favor. They should not have to call and argue with them to stop billing them monthly over and over and over again.
Poor execution, poor customer service, poor scheduling, poor results. If I could give them a ZERO a would do that. Antonio was great! He is gone now. And Marc his replacement is very nice but clearly overworked and not supported properly. Matt the exterminator seemed fanatic ( to get the bugs) seems he is gone too...

I will not use them again. They charge a bunch of money and they only come into your home once. Whatever they throw on your grass will kill your grass. What got me the most upset was that the inspection guy, before i signed my contact, said i would only be charged $30.00 after each visit but that's not true, after a BIG DEPOSIT, i got charged $39.00 a month even when they didn't come. RIP OFF!!! i found other people that do a better job and only charge you for the services that are being done, not like Truly Nolen that charges you for the months they didn't even come to your home.. STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!!

I am very satisfied with the actual service HOWEVER
I am disappointed that TRULY. NOLEN can not seem to retain their excellent employees! For many years the individual who was in charge of our termite service ( he did not do the actual work) but he inspected and spent a great dal of time explaining what needed to be done! He was very familiar with our home and our issues! The technicians were also excellent as there is a real advantage in having continuity- They were able to follow up so efficiently as they had history and knowledge of our needs! Alas we no longer have the three individuals as they no longer work for Truly Nolen!! It is also difficult to set up appointments as I often have to wait for a call back. The individual who does our regular pest inspections does a great job and he has been with us for several years.
:The work TRULY NOLEN does is excellent! but your customer service and employee continuity is lacking!
But you do get results!
