Because of COVID and my mom passing suddenly, Rachel was so considerate and accommodating as I live in Alberta. She really was a friend that I could not meet in person during this difficult time in my life. Rachel was absolutely professional and also compassionate during this hard time I'm my life. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for all she has done.

At our time of need we reached out to Trull Funeral home where all of our needs were met. Theron and Rachel were not only supportive but compassionate and very understanding especially at this difficult time. Theron went above and beyond even calling me back on his day off. Any issue was solved quickly and without hesitation. Every detail was taken care of in a timely fashion. Rachel did an excellent job on my mom and on the memory cards and tribute video fulfilling all of our expectations.
