Lazy in every sense along the way, you'll have to send from twice and they also lie about who they can verify. Customer support is also non-existent.

Can't read e-mails. Asks for duplicate information, doesn't acknowledge receipt, doesn't provide status updates, doesn't let you know there is an issue. Had to use this company for my mortgage. Wish I could get a refund because I'm pretty sure I paid some amount of money in my processing fee for my mortgage to this company. Would not recommend. Seems disorganized. Not sure how anyone gets verified with this company based on my personal experience.

Amazing place to work and even better place to get income and employment verifications!

Worse verification company. They can't verified my work and ask me to call Human resource to help them verified. I called human resource and was told to by human resource to have the truework fax over the verification application so human resource can verified. I called Truework and I was told they can't fax it because they can't find my company. Now I'm stuck without getting verified because this company can't do their job and they ask for help but not willing to take the step necessary to get the job done. Stay way. I'm still on the phone waiting to talk to a supervisor, of course they play the let you wait until you get tired and hang up game. It has been almost an hour now.

Forcing Employees to get Covid Vaccine is not a place I want to work with. They don t value the employees privacy.

I was able to access my personal employment report really fast using the Truework app. I am so glad that my employer uses Truework!!
