They refuse to sell/deliver to prisoners even though I was offering to pay for it. She answered the phone by just saying hello, I had to ask it it was TruckPaper. Very unprofessional. Not to mention, I think it's rather repugnant that they refuse to allow inmates to prepare for release by pricing potential truck purchases to better their lives.
