Overall disappointed in the lack of follow-through and ethics from this group. The listing agent was Audrey Myers (Agent) and her broker was Barry Nicholas (Designated Broker). We were the buyers and had another agent. As buyers, beware of this group and their poor communication and ethics. One example, Audrey assured us that our home would be detailed cleaned so we could walk into our beautiful home ready to move in. Sadly, the house was so dirty. I walked into my new home and it was so dusty, grimy and disgusting - completely shocked that she did not follow thru with her word on the cleaning. One would think that at this price point or any for that matter, a house would be detailed and cleaned for the new owners... especially if the realtor promised it would be in several emails, etc. When we sold our house, I made sure that the new owners walked into a beautifully cleaned home. This among other things was very disappointing. If I wasn't so busy, I would file a complaint to the Arizona Association of Realtors.
