Great company for vehicle rentals, and tour booking agency

I very surprised it's place. But shit
normally could not.

We went from Runaway Bay to Negril(beaxh, shopping, then to Rick's) for the day. Hands down best guide and driver in all of our excursions so far. George and Dianna thank you!! You were awesome!!! Great people!! Super nice, funny, and very informative and helped make the day that much better!!

I did my transfer with Tropical Tours, drivers are fun and very professional. Also I did excursions and it's wonderful with this company.

If you are smart, never ever ever book ground transportation to and from your resort with these guys! If you do decide to go with them as far as coming from the airport to your resort, sit there and watch them put your luggage on the bus! The luggage transporter Shaggy left my bag at the airport and I had to pay $80 US dollars to a taxi from the resort to get one of my bags from security at the airport. When I picked up my luggage the security office told me my bag was left by the bus. The guy Shaggy lied and said I left the bag but there were several people there who saw him take the bag to the bus and I was there as well. I tried getting my money back from them and they have been playing games and giving me the run arounds when clearly they were in the wrong. Please be advised that they are under the Pleasant Holidays umbrella. Unlike them I will be honest and say the other excursions I did through them as far as transportation were good, the driver Junior and Pigot and the tour guide Kadesha were all fantastic. The only reason I gave the company more money is because our trip was booked through a travel agency and Pleasant Holidays was our transportation provider and it was a group of 62 people.

My guide Ms Maxine an my driver were the best. We stayed at secrets St. James An did the Dunn falls An bob marley tour on 5/13/19 an this by far was the best experience ever. Best excursion ever. I had a blast. I will be back. Thank u for the best experience outside of home/US

We rented a car through this company at the airport under the name of Europcar. The price was similar to Hertz where we usually rent, but the line was shorter and we were in a hurry cause it was going to be dark by the time we got to Negril. We picked up the car in the pouring rain, and it looked pretty nice. Then the fun began, because the AC didn't work and we were planning on driving from Negril to Treasure Beach, then back to Mo Bay. It was Hot..... While we were on our way in the pouring rain, in the dark, the light was flashing on the dash. I looked it up in the book, written in Japanese, and it said to stop immediately! We tried to call the office about a 100 times, but no one would answer, instead we got loud obnoxious music. Finally someone answered and said not to worry about it! Really?? We asked for a manager to call us in the AM and to bring a new car before we continued to Treasure Beach. They never did, never answered and we just drove the car always wondering if it was going to just quit. In addition, this car was from Japan, with NO english available. We could not get the radio to work, and for lots of the time some Japanese person kept telling us something from the radio. Really??? On the way back from treasure beach, as we were headed to the airport we got a flat tire. Did I mention that the shock sucked on this car? Anyway, we changed the flat from the serious pot hole and had the temporary tire on for many miles in the mountains. that was fun. When we got to the hotel in Montego Bay we tried about 10 times to call the rental agency to ask about the flat & bent rim. The 11th time they answered and said we had to get it fixed ourselves. Really??? Who does that? We found someone's friend at the hotel front desk to come & fix the tire & bump out the bent rim. They got 100$ from my husband. The hotel customer service was amazing! The car rental sucked. We learned why we wait in line for Hertz or Island Rentals. Their cars are always nice & working. Don't rent from Europcar Jamaica. Lesson learned

Had a great time on our excursion out of Montego Bay, a little bit of a drive but well worth it. Falls were awesome and enjoyable even for our 2.5 yo. Water shoes are a must and if u want your phone bring a water case for pics.

DON'T RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. My rental with them was hands down the worse car rental I have had. Our rental was a referral from Dollar Rental

We waited 20min for someone just to show up at the rental counter, then another 30min for them to get the car ready.

Then the radio and nav system was in what I believe was Japanese. (See Pic)

But the worst part was that the gave us a car with old unsafe tires. (See Pics) This tires ended up blowing out on us on a highway corner, which luckily didn't cause us to get in an accident.

On the tire you see "X5013" this is a standard date marking on tires and means this tire is from Week 50 (Dec) of 2013. We rented the card in December of 2020 so the tire was 7 years old. You can see the tires is not in good shape and rotted by the small cracks in the side wall.

Please don't waste your time or money on this company.
