This business understands customer service. The cruise is perfect, beginning to end. It's just the right length of time. You can bring your own food and their beverages are inexpensive enough to buy more than 1. Sodas are $1! The crew was funny and kind. I felt like a million bucks but only spent a few dollars. Great value, great time. I would highly suggest!
This is my second time on the Spirit of Fort Lauderdale. The first time was fantastic. This time we had friends come in from California we hadn't seen in a very long time. It was beyond amazing. Terry and Ernesto we're simply spectacular! They made the trip go from very good to be on great. They were friendly, personable, knowledgeable an absolutely genuine people running your business and representing your brand. Memories for a lifetime!
Terry and E gave us a great time out in the water! From insightful background of the beautiful houses to top notch camera skills, this crew made it a great night. Not to mention, the views and sunset were awesome. Would definitely recommend!
Great catamaran ride to the ocean. Generous swimming time as well as an awesome swimming spot over looking the beach. The crew were lively and energetic! Also if you are an adult, the beverages are well priced. Well worth the price.
Awesome day as Always. They fact that we have been back more times than I can count shows how great of a outing this is. Feels like a mini vacation and I don t have to get a dog sitter. Totally relaxing trip with a refreshing dip in the ocean. Great crew showing us a great time.
For a second time, I had a wonderful experience! The views were amazing and the crew made sure that everyone had a great cruise. I highly recommend this company to families or anyone wanting to entertain guests.
Been on several and this one was kinda boring. Not much knowledge of the area, but they tried. Blue was great and finding parking was difficult - needs to be clearly identified when booked. There is a separate entrance just past Bahia Mar (which was $10 for 2.5 hours and a 30 minute line to get out). So go past Bahia Mar and turn in, but if not any, you ll have to spend another 15 minutes getting back into park at Bahia Mar Marina.
Loved the experience! Everyone from check in to those on board were amazing. They were kind and super fun on the boat! The very energetic gentleman (sorry, forgot his name ) offered to take pictures for everyone & even told us how to pose. It was the best! Overall, a great experience!
This is our second trip in the past 2 weeks with different friends and found the experience completely different. Both trips with the same captain but the helper/bar server changed. 1st trip we had E who was wonderful with personality and provided entertaining details as we sailed. E was wonderful and made fir a great trip. The second trip had a lady who simply served drinks with no personality or no info on the surrounding housing and yachts. As we closed out our bar bill she attempted to use our free drink coupons fir $1 bottles of water and attempted to charge us for our $5 drinks. I politely explained to her that simply didn t make sense and she was only reducing her tip by the $8 in wrong thinking and she was welcome to give the $8 to the owners or correct the billing and keep the $8 herself. I would love to speak with the boat owners as some other things were going on that they ought to know for the health of the business.
This was my second time on the Spirit of Fort Lauderdale. Being a local and then being on the water gives you such a different perspective of the place that you see on land. Love seeing the houses and the yachts on the intercoastal. The crew was extremely professional and funny. Will do it again in the future.
