Good morning. Several months ago had an interview for the job at Company Trizma. Passed first tree circle of the investigation, and test for the basic customer low entry job. The last interview was with one of the team leaders of the staff. Man, toll person 6.4, unshaved, casually dressed, hair I don't know what is that, on his head. That department had 90 people, he told me that he is one of the team leader's of that group of 90 people. One hour and a half I spoke with him, about my previous job and life experience, recommendation: Ten years in the Hospital Industry, Bachelor degree in Economics. Five-star recommendation from United States of America and United Arabs Emirate Dubai companies. I am 35 years old. Lived and worked abroad three years in this two countries. Lack of unfriendliness with the people that lived and worked abroad and arrived back to Serbia IS BIG PROBLEM for people that never ever worked in other companies besides, example Trizma. Especially Team leaders. Five days after the interview: they told me I not hired. I truly believe that everywhere in the word this company headquarters is much much better. They don't want people, with real job experience. Everywhere you all can see that, in our country Serbia, on every each step. Sincerely N.
