Fast turn around time from the evaluation to getting multiple onsite interviews from various companies and soon after multiple offers. Was a pretty stress free process, with Triplebyte even booking and covering the flights/transportation/hotel while I was interviewing. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into the field.

I had a wonderful experience working with the Triplebyte team in my most recent job search. It proved to be a launchpad to target the right set of companies and work your way very quickly into landing multiple onsite interviews. Their talent scouts are amazing and provide such insight and information about the companies and the process. I honestly would not have it any other way. I will strongly reccomend the Triplebyte platform to all fellow engineers looking for their next gig.

Excellent recruiting company which will be a great advocate for you throughout your job search, assuming you can pass their interview.

I took the online multiple-choice quiz in the evening and was able to schedule my 2-hour video interview for the next morning. It took closer to 3 hours and was challenging and engaging, covering a wide range of topics. For the coding parts, I used my own programming environment and my choice of language with screen-sharing. I felt that I'd represented my abilities well but was concerned about how many questions I'd been unable to answer. It's totally fine to fail some categories though, since you're mainly evaluated on the couple of areas in which you're strongest. I received several pages of detailed feedback after the interview.

Once I passed this screening stage, I was invited for on-site interviews at lots of interesting startups and a couple larger companies. TripleByte organized the travel and the interviews proceeded smoothly. Offers arrived quickly after the interviews and were highly competitive.

Their system is very different from anything else I've tried. It's really an improvement over the usual process of applying to dozens of companies to get one or two on-sites. I think it would be especially useful for people who have good technical skills but lack the usual background sought by all the top tech firms (CS degree from top university, tons of job experience before graduating).

If you're still trying to break into the top tier of tech jobs, you should definitely give the TripleByte interview a shot.

Triplebyte is a fantastic tech recruiting company! My experience with them was very smooth, but very quick. Did the initial screening interview, then was matched with a "handler" who was very helpful in providing feedback and suggestions throughout the entire phone interview process. They paid for all of my flights and hotels to my interviews (from Alaska)!

If you're a dev looking for an in, this is it. The only thing that they couldn't offer at the time were opportunities outside of New York or the San Francisco Bay Area, but they are expanding their reach. 10/10 would do again.

It's so much more convenient doing one technical screen and then taking pitch calls and final onsites. After completing the technical interview, I got so many pitch call requests that I was able to get very specific on what I valued in a potential position. Throughout the whole process my talent manager was extremely helpful and was there whenever I had any questions. In the end I got a job that's exactly what I was looking for with a salary that I'm more than happy with.

This is an absurd company. I worked for Microsoft, Oracle, Apple, and I am over 35. They hired some 22 year old in Australia to interview me and judged me, listened to my industry experiences and then failed me every time. I think when I was programming at 13, they were still peeing their pants.
