Was ready to drop $500 down for a new pistol. Had some questions for the guy running the place after he asked if I needed any help. Asked about a pistol he had for sale and running a suppressor, he almost seemed like talking to me was a pain and a waste of time. He did answer some questions but I felt like I was jerk for even asking the way he answered.
Conclusion: going down to the road to another shop to spend my hard earned money.

I have Purchased a few gun from them and I have Found that Their prices are very reasonable and they are very knowledgeable about all types of guns and ammo. My Favorite gun store in town .

Wide selection of firearms, ranging from old surplus to modern day rifles. I will continue to purchase my rifles and ammo from Triple B.

This is a gun store for gun people. I have bought and sold several guns at Triple B and always received a fair deal. They have a phenomenal selection of all types of firearms and some unique WWII items. If you have a gun to sell, they are the place to go.

Awesome folks. Prices are good and unlike some other shops in the area they are not taking advantage of the current events to gouge people. I ve purchased magazines, ammo, and firearms from this family owned business several times over the last few months and I always look forward to returning. If they don t have what you need on the shelf, hit them up to order it in for you. I did and was more than pleased with the time it took to get it as well as the price.

Just went there today, had previous bad experience with the customer service but now they have a new owner. Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable, amazing selection and some of the better prices I've seen in the area.

I used to love going there until Bob started promoting Trigger Control Training. He admitted to never training with them but recommends them because they are "nice guys".

The layout of the store was reasonable for a smaller local gun shop. The inventory was uniquely different than most other shops, which included a collection of silencers and matching handguns as well as some older collectables such as WWII guns.

The fellas in the shop were seemed relaxed and in my 30 minutes in the store never offered to show any of the guns or inquire if I had a particular interest. I expressed an interest in purchasing a firearm (which I later did at black sheep) but neither person got up to spend time with me or help me out.

I inquired about Class III rifles which they had a few, and they verbally said machine guns start at about $15K but never offered up any assistance nor more reasonable priced options. When indicating that seemed steep, the response was, "You need to pay to play."

Based on my one visit, the store is worth visiting and considering for their merchandise. Maybe you'll have better luck with getting a helping hand while in the store.

Decent selection of guns, not very friendly or helpful service. I think I would take my money somewhere else.

The lady that owns the shop was an employee who bought the gun shop a year and a half ago from the previous owner. She is an extremely nice person from my experiences, but I can't believe the disrespect I was given by the younger dark haired kid behind the counter. A very nice elderly gentleman came in inquiring about reducing his fire arm collection while my wife and I where there, the kid was extremely rude to him as well. Earlier today I wa talking to the kid about details and requirements of applying for a suppressor I told him I had pocket knife left I my coat from a prior fishing trip and got a concealed weapon charge from it when I was 18( not a felony) and that I always get DELAYED. I have purchased many fire arms(Always delayed NEVER Denied). I didn't want to waste our time or my money. After talking to My wife about the suppressor idea she said she wanted to get an Ar-15 so i brought her in to Tripple B. This kid made me and her take a background check for HER GUN! KNOWING I WAS GOING TO GET DELAYED. HUGE WASTE OF TIME! I showed him a recently purchased hunting license that I thought was proof I could own a gun. Guess not... Then he told the gal from across the room in front of about 6 customers that I have multiple Weapon assault charges. That was Super embarresing, She got approved but they wouldn't sell it to her because I was there. Never in my 34 years have I experienced anything like it. We went to black sheep sporting and the kid apparently called them and told them I was denied the right to purchase a firearm. that is not the fact of the matter. Yesterday I went to black sheep and filled out paperwork for a XDM 10MM. I GOT DELAYED NOT DENIED. in a few days it will get the go ahead and get the hand gun. But my wife will not be able to get her AR15 or any fire arm until this blows over. If I could give a zero star I would.

No matter What I m asking about Bob seems to know the answer or someone who does know the answer! I love this place It s my GO 2 place for anything tactile or regarding Guns!

Probably the last place I go for anything gun related. Not because they don't have interesting stuff, but because the staff is about as bad as they come. Maybe I got them on a bad day but I've been in twice with the same experience. Too bad, the old owner was a great guy.

This is the kind of gun shop I grew up in, The inventory is unique and gentleman in the store seems to be a true gun enthusiast that knows what he is talking about! it's a breath of fresh air to meet people who know about firearms and are willing to share their knowledge with old and new shooters alike. Tell everyone you know about this great small business!

Excellent inventory and very knowledgeable people. I have purchased several guns and ammo from there including my favorite, my SCAR 17S. The shop is very nice inside. Very nicely set up. There is some cool memorabilia to look at as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me find precisely what I was looking for. They even know many of there customers by name. They aren't trying to make the sale either. I also saw them buy some guns from a customer and it seemed like a fair deal. The seller seemed happy. I would definitely consider them next time I am thinking about parting with a gun. All in all a great place fore guns and ammo. I would rather support this smaller mom and pop shop then Cabela's our other big box stores.

Contrary to the previous 2 reviewers, I found Triple B to have an excellent selection of guns at good prices, and with an owner (Bob) who is extremely knowledgeable, particularly about Trap shotguns (my particular interest). After several visits to his shop (and many visits to other shops) I bought a Browning Citori from him to shoot Trap and Sporting Clays with, and Bob gave me lots of good advice about trap shooting in general, where to shoot, what to pay attention to, and what not to pay attention to. He's definitely not a guy you can B.S. He is fairly quiet and has a dry sense of humor -- but he really knows his stuff. I'd recommend his shop over any other shop in the Spokane/Cd'A area...

I have known Bob for about 20 years now, he has always been up front, honest and a good businessman. Without question one of the best places to do business.

Why buy from anywhere else? Fair prices and knowledgeable staff.

Employees are rude and less than helpful. I've been in this store twice now and have left and purchased weapons and accessories at other stores strictly because of the way I was treated both times I walked into the store. If you want to be treated with disrespect and contemp, I highly recommend going here.

I'm seeing some comments about the staff being rude. I've been in here several times, they can be gruff old guys but they've been helpful to me. I've seen decent prices on some stuff and some that are way high. Overall i like this shop.

Excellent store. These kinda gun shops are getting hard to find in our plastic filled era. The important thing is is that Triple B isnt like the other gun shops, as in they dont tell you what you want to here. They tell you whats factual and whats not and they have the shooting experience to back it up. Dont be Joe California going in with idea that you'll impress someone, probably wont happen. Their prices are fair and they have a great selection with great customer service. Not one complaint.

Awesome family owned business and very knowledgeable on firearms. I have sold them several guns and they always give me a great deal. I have also purchased ammo and firearms from them and find them to have very reasonable prices.

A very nicely laid out store until you meet the surly a$$holes that work there. Upon entering, the staff just looks you up and down and goes back to their BS session. My associate and I walked around the store twice and no one offered to help. When we asked to see a gun, they RELUCTANTLY pulled it from the case. Did not want to answer questions or promote the product. Weird old geezers sit on chairs and just stare out the windows. Its a frickin'creep hole with hostile jerks. We sure miss Marty. Like the others said, save your time and money and go to Downtown guns....at least they are friendly and will sell you something.

I have done business with Bob and Triple B since right after they moved to that location. To the previous commenters I say do not judge a book by its cover. Everytime I go into Triple B I cannot seem to get out of the shop without chatting with Bob for at least a good 30-45 minutes! He is a heck of a nice guy and has some amazing knowledge and stories from working years in the business. He is more than fair and has a genuine interest in helping people. Thanks for the years of great business and I will continue coming here and I recommend anyone who reads this should do the same. Cheers!

This place is phenomenal! I have been a truly loyal customer and have been getting nothing but the same loyalty back. The customer experience is great and the people are so friendly. I have recommended many friends and family to this store and will continue to do so down the road. I don't think I will ever buy my guns or ammo from a different competitor. Keep it up guys!

Never been treated so badly in a gun store!

I got very short and rude customer service from the moment I walked in. I asked about policy if something was wrong on the gun (since I was buying used) and he cut me off and curtly stayed I don t sell broken guns . I then realized they were asking $100 over new price for the used gun and that it was much more expensive than the price I was given on the phone. I was told well you spoke to Mike and he doesn t even work for me over and over(in a rude and short way)
No apology for the mix up, nothing nice. Just the reassurance that whoever answered his phone doesn t work for him
