Never been treated so badly in a gun store!

I got very short and rude customer service from the moment I walked in. I asked about policy if something was wrong on the gun (since I was buying used) and he cut me off and curtly stayed I don t sell broken guns . I then realized they were asking $100 over new price for the used gun and that it was much more expensive than the price I was given on the phone. I was told well you spoke to Mike and he doesn t even work for me over and over(in a rude and short way)
No apology for the mix up, nothing nice. Just the reassurance that whoever answered his phone doesn t work for him
