Our first COBRA payment was in August and we received all the payment slips for the whole year. After they received our first payment they decided to increase the amount from $987.52 to $1035.31! Very smart move. I personally called their number and asked how much is my bill for the next month and they said $987.52. WRONG! I just received a letter that my payment was short.
Very disappointed !

Do not use this company!!!! They are absolutely USELESS!! I have been trying to get my Cobra benefits that I am intitled to and have paid for to no avail!! They transfer you from one person to another, and you receive no satisfaction!! I am in the process of starting a breach of contract law suit against this useless company!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

On January 2nd 2020 I was charged for a COBRA policy that ENDED in 2019. I have tried to reach out to Trion via MANY phone calls only to get the run-around. I have requested to speak to management and even wrote a letter. It is almost March and no refund has been issued. I closed my bank account to keep them from continuing to take money from me. I don't understand how a company can take your money when you don't have a policy with them and when you call them to ask for a refund they say "they have no record of a payment ever being made". I have provided bank statements showing the debit was made by Trion Group on 1/2/20. I do not want to have to escalate this to my lawyer but they took $700 from me in January for a policy that was no longer active, refuse to issue a refund, refuse to answer any of my questions when calling customer service, and constantly give me the run around. It's absolutely ridiculous!!

My husband and I separated a few months ago. So I decided to accept the continued benefits offered to me from this company. I sent them 3 months of payment. I was told that I would receive my own insurance cards within 3 days of receiving my payment. WRONG!! It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. When I called, I was told, by Jasmine, that I don't think companies sent cards anymore, but I'll work on this and call you back. It's been a week and I still haven't heard from her. So I called again and spoke to Sam. Come to find out, the actual insurance companies don't even have a record of me. I said okay, that was your job to get all that worked out since my payment was sent directly to your company. He came up with some lame excuse about how my paperwork is suppose to sent to my estranged husband's job and the administrator has to send my paperwork to the actual insurance companies. BULLSH*T!! It's about to be the end of the 4th week and they expect to pay my next months payment on time by sending me reminders along with a coupon booklet. Yeah f**king right. Those bi*ches aren't about to get another payment from me. I don't have money to pay people for a service I'm not receiving. What planet are they living on?! I'm gonna file suit against their ass too if I don't get my money back!! Not only do I have paper proof of my payments, I also have recorded conversations. This will definitely come in handy in court. For future references, record ALL your conversations when talking about ANY business with anyone. That way when it's time to sue, you'll have irrefutable proof!! (I use the record feature on my smartphone. It's easier and more convenient to carry it with you when you need it!) I HATE THIS F**KING COMPANY!! RUN PEOPLE RUN, THEY'RE NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!

We contacted the agency on 8/14/18 regarding a refund check that never arrived. We were told 2 weeks to process the check. It ever showed. When we called a month later, we were told 1 month (end of September). That check never showed. Called again today, and we were told 2-4 weeks again. This is no way to run a business. I wonder what would happen if we didn't pay them on a timely basis?

Horrible company. Poor management, and poor pay for the amount of work they expect you to do. The management would never offer you any help when requested, and would just direct you to your own guide book.The feeling of being a slave is very real here. NEVER work here.

This company is horrible!!! They had me on cobra insurance and then cancelled my insurance right before my wife gave birth to our child. They didn t let us know until three to four months later so that we can not get our coverage back. Horrible company, i hate them and now i have collections from doctors.
