Visited t sales India outlet at income tax crossroads...sad to see the sorry state of this brand.its kind of dead in comparison to t times 5 years or so back when it used to be buzzing with life Nd lots of customers and used to be t favourite destination for electronics and household products. No customers and still they dont have proper staff to attend to whatever one or two clients visiting them. Prefer Vijay sales or croma to sales india

They are not even worth a single star. Very very bad experience with the customer service. Don t even think to purchase any appliance from Sales India. The staff is too rude. The item I purchased was delivered super late(after 10 days)and that too after I contacted them for so many times inspite of early payment before the delivery. So the thing they care about is only money nothing else. I had an issue with the item I purchased and so I contacted the customer care and they transferred the call so many times without resolving my issue. They told me that they will contact me later. I waited for their call for 2 days and still there was no answer so I call them again and they again transferred the call to various people and started giving vague excuses and still did not resolve my issue.
Had a very bad experience with these people so I suggest to everyone who is thinking to buy products from Sales India that please don t purchase from here the staff will act very rudely and also not provide any kind of customer support.

We are fully satisfied visiting there,members there in blue explained about the product to the point..... Convenient about the language and not at all strange place!

I purchased Haier Refrigerator. Worst service for delivery. Delivery people are rude. I purchased new refrigerator in exchange offer. In shop they said that same people will take old one but delivery guy denied for that. After multiple complain it was worked.

Also in exchange offer, they fool the people. on offer its written that MRP is 36600 and 11750 Rs for old fridge in exchange.
But on invoice they write 25850 as price of new one and consider only 1000 Rs as exchange.... NOT APPRECIATED...

I purchased Godrej company split Air Conditioner (inverter Ac ) I searched many places but I got it from sales India with good condition
And cheapest price Air conditioner got it
