They are not even worth a single star. Very very bad experience with the customer service. Don t even think to purchase any appliance from Sales India. The staff is too rude. The item I purchased was delivered super late(after 10 days)and that too after I contacted them for so many times inspite of early payment before the delivery. So the thing they care about is only money nothing else. I had an issue with the item I purchased and so I contacted the customer care and they transferred the call so many times without resolving my issue. They told me that they will contact me later. I waited for their call for 2 days and still there was no answer so I call them again and they again transferred the call to various people and started giving vague excuses and still did not resolve my issue.
Had a very bad experience with these people so I suggest to everyone who is thinking to buy products from Sales India that please don t purchase from here the staff will act very rudely and also not provide any kind of customer support.
