If you take that hands-on test, you best ask them to pay you. That test is literally half a day of work. Then they tell you, they don t really have any work, just having people take the test for future work. Don t waste your time.

Don't do it, complete waste of time !!! The "4 hour hands on test" is a joke. The first clue is the filthy test area, they are too lazy to clean up after every test. If this is how the test aria is, I don't want to see the job sight. They don't even have any work, just wasting peoples time. Then they don't even offer top-pay.

Pre employment testing facility is disorganized and not run in an efficient manner. I was given an exact time for testing and evaluation. The person giving the testing showed up thirty minutes late, obviously my time is not as important than the person giving the testing. The second part of testing is some basic wall rough in and wiring. The materials were just an unorganized pile of 1900 boxes, wall stud brackets, and various fittings and devices. The company wants you to be efficient in the way you perform your job but the environment given to work in isn't conducive to a productive work environment. If the testing facility is this unorganized can you imagine how unorganized their jobsites are managed.

The guys that did the Austin to Waco run to work at our Sprint store here did phenomenal! They got everything done quickly, were really nice and professional.

This place is a scam. The testing assessment is a joke the instructor , she doesn't know a thing about electricity or electrical work A waste of your time. They never called back. Had to call them.They tell you to be on time they're a half hour to 45 minutes late. Completely unprofessional. The company needs a new H.R staff.

Really im pretty sure that the only people giving 5 star to this company are the people working in the offices. But if you read this its true what reviews of others say about this company. Dont apply they just make you loose your time and patience. I got called and they made me do a 4 hour test to show my knowledge and abilities all for nothing because i didn't finish on time and i think no one has finish before time who've done that test. I made no errors at all and at the end, they tell you that you score less then a 90% and cause of that you're not going to work in Houston only to whoever made higher than a 90%. Your only choice is to work in Dallas and relocate there because they wont pay per diem.

Nothing good about this company nothing but a bunch of thieves and have no clue about what they are doing. I wouldn't let this company wire a birdhouse
