They came to my house in good time after request and were very helpful in setting up computers to be compatible with the programs we use in our office!!

Very nice knowledgeable people. They kept us updated on everything and managed to back up and restore our computer. It was done quickly and for a good price.

I really enjoyed my experiences at Trinus. The guys are always so helpful. They fixed my ancient macbook (I was amazed and grateful that they were able to help it at all), but when they sent it with me, the usb port had stopped working. I came back and they offered me a full refund because they hadn't fully fixed it. I declined, as they did more than I expected and fully deserved the fee charged. I also worked at a business that used Trinus for computer system support. They were always amazing to deal with. I highly recommend. A business with true integrity.

I have purchased equipment from Trinus, and also used their services. I find that they treat me very well, and provide honest feedback and options for me. I have never felt pressured into making a purchase. I am comfortable recommending Trinus to the people I work with and friends too.

I took a hard drive with an issue to Trinus to see if they could fix it, as the cord slot was not working. they changed out the hard drive enclosure, and it works great now! they were super fast and gave me an awesome price.

Was one of Trinus's first customers bought 3 Dell laptops (all identifical) for the office environment. Service then, was awesome. Over the years Trinus moved to bigger clients who obviously provide more money than the little guy. Went in to see them over two weeks ago as my Dell power plug is wearing out. Mike (the person I have always dealt with) said he could order a couple of power chords, would call me back with a quote....no call, I called again the next day and he provided me a quote, said it would be two days.....called last Tuesday (over a week later) as now my chord is starting to smoke, he said he would check on them and call me back.....no call back. Called Thursday, told Mike was out of office for day on "big" project. Asked if my power chords were in, lady said one of her technicians could help me.....male voice answers call, says it is Mike's department, can't help me.....I said screw it I will buy an new computer.....he says ok and hangs up.....didn't even want to ask if I wanted to buy from them. Will not go back to Trinus, what was once a helpful local store in our community, no longer cares about the little man....my new computer arrives from Amazon today... YAY YAY YAY..

Great place they always come up with solutions for my business

I dealt with Trinus about a year ago to recover data from a Mac SCSI array and to make readable by Mac or PC. From what I can tell there was no data loss, they kept me updated and the cost was quite reasonable.

I bought a computer a while ago and was having some trouble with my network. I called up Trinus and with the click of a button they were able to connect with my computer and fix my network. I did not have to unhook and bring in my tower. The guys at Trinus are always helpful and easy to talk to.

I have had issues with computers at work, and I called Trinus to see if the could fix them. They knew what the problem was right away, I took my equipment into their office and within minutes my computers were operational again and I was able to get my business back on track. My experience with Trinus has never been anything but awesome. My accounting firm relies on computers every minute of our workday and Trinus not only has the products I need, but they have the expertise to train us on them, to service them, and are always quick to offer support when asked. Super happy with our purchase from Trinus- They set up our entire office with a "vision" we had from seeing someone else's office and describing it to them. As we are not tech savvy they came to our home and set up all the monitors, connected all the gadgets we have and made sure we knew what to do with it all. Since this time we have used the service department for in house calls to help us learn more- and particularly Mike has gone out of his way with follow up help- even texting on a Sunday. Thank you!

The staff at Trinus are amazing! From the second I walked through the door, to the patience of helping me go through every little single detail when I was looking for a new gaming laptop and the million questions I had, to the follow up service/customer support when I had any questions!
Their knowledge of the products out there was outstanding. Very very knowledgeable and very willing to work with me in all aspects of my search and did everything they could to match a system to match my needs.
From my own experience, they had access to better products then the big box stores and for less money. I love being able to buy something better for cheaper! That's why I have purchased 3 computers from Trinus and will soon be being my 4th!

Jon Harmon and the team he works with at Trinus are absolutely amazing! I took our kids notebooks over to cleanup and increase performance and they are working perfectly now and ready for the new school year. Trinus has been our primary contact for all things tech-related for our business (Kiwi Nurseries) for the last year or so. We have been very impressed with the way they handle their accounts as they have been very accommodating to our retail business hours and have helped us with everything from password issues, printer hookups, installing and moving a new server and countless other questions and issue that have come up.
